This store does not have the Cracker Barrel standards it prides itself on. My server and the Manager pride the service I got on it is against the policy! I only request for another bottled of syrup and strawberries fruit with whipped topping I was willing to pay extra for. They didn't care and not accommodating at all!! Poor service, and I didn't feel like they wanted my business either! What a shame, I will not be back.
This location is the one I typically frequent because it is close to my home. The food is good and the wait staff friendly and capable. However, I have noticed the last few times I have been there, today included, that the floor is not kept very clean or the tables wiped off well. I dislike sitting down at a table that has bits of food and scrapes of paper under both it and the chairs left from the previous diners. I watched the gentleman cleaning tables and he did not ever move the salt and pepper shakers, peg game, oil lamp, etc. He did not wipe the chairs or sweep the floor. I realize that sometimes there is a hurry to seat waiting people, but please don’t skip cleanliness. It’s a first and lasting impression.
My girlfriend and I have made it a weekly event to have a sit down breakfast here, we look forward to waking up and reserving a table for breakfast! Food is always fresh and fast when ordered. Host's and servers are BEYOND courteous and friendly at all times. I would recommend this become a routine for you and your special people!
I had my first solid (soft) food since the beginning of February. My mashed potatoes and eggs with cheese were delicious! My friend also greatly enjoyed her meal. And we both had leftovers ?. BTW, this is the first Cracker Barrel I have gone to since 2018!

we waited over an hour after placing our order before we walked out, others that arrived after us got their meals and we asked the waitress twice if our order was in, was the order lost, both times assured order was coming up, won't go back.
Went to Centerville location this breakfast this morning. Waitress Heather was wonderful and very attentive. I was not happy that I could not get a diet drink in a to-go cup. New policy since last week says these cups are reserved for to go orders only. Reason is a cup shortage. That sucks. I would rather be told there was a cup shortage than I could not buy a to-go drink. Whoever makes these rules needs to play a customer and see how it feels. Buy more to go cups!!!
Food was good. Server was great and Attentive. We Waited over an Hour for our meal. That Didn't make Happy! Tipped Server well!She was Hustling!!Overall a Decent Visit!GM should of Known about Completion at Bell room High School!?
Our wait was short, our waitress was wonderful. The food was so delicious! French toast, eggs and bacon. Pancakes eggs and bacon. Coffee and cream. We were taken care of very well.
The breakfast was really good but the chicken strip dinner I ordered was okay. The chicken strips was good but everything else had way too much butter. The corn taste like I was eating a bowl of melted butter soup.. lol and the corn muffins was burnt and was soaked in butter..
