A friend and I had been craving Bob Evans's down-home cooking. He got the pot roast dinner, and I decided to try the new southwest avocado omelet with home fries. The home fries were a little overcooked, but the omelet was delicious! The southwest tang from the sausage, beans, corn, and cheese inside the omelet balanced the fresh tomato and avocado slices on top along with the cool cream sauce. I would definitely order it again!
Service slower than usual and food not as described in menu. Seemed to be all new people. Will visit again when they are having a better day.
Nice family friendly location with friendly and helpful staff, meals came out quickly and promptly. Would highly recommend for breakfast.
My elderly mother and I stood waiting at the host station for quite a while without being acknowledged, until we finally left.There were no other customers waiting in line. Staff looked over at us and looked away, but never approached us.

So disappointed in this place! We never get to go out as a family & then when we do, The staff was arguing over who was gonna wait on us. Another lady said why are you a waitress if your not gonna take tables. Then we got a young women & when the food came out my sons French toast was more brown/ burnt to him and the waitress argued with him about it. Then they took it back there and we hear them complain about him wanting a new piece of French toast. I’m like wow customer service sucks now. Back 10 years ago even 5 you did not yell or talk bad about the customer in front of them. Such bad service! So unprofessional the general manager said she told them to shut up back there but I couldn’t believe it. 53$ for our families meal and they didn’t even discount or ask how the food was nothing. Just can’t believe the unprofessional behavior of an establishment like that. Without us customers you have no job. Wake up! We will not be back to this bob evans. Ridiculous ?
I have come to this location few timesbefore and had no issues with any of the servers. They have always been welcoming and warm hearted. On Christmas Eve I stoped by to have dinner.there weren’t many places opened that night but overheard one of the servers upset that I had showed up so I decided to leave. I understand it’s the holidays and we all want to be around our family’s during that time. But I could have been someone that didn’t have a family to go home to for the holidays and comments like that could have hurt me but I didn’t take it to personal, so that’s why I had to leave this review. You never know what someone is goingthru. God bless.
Waitress was wonderful.. Manager was rude bc I asked to be checked out after patiently waiting 10min.at the register..
I went to a bob evans that I usually don't go to, but it was delicious!! The restaurant was clean and organized!!! Have breakfast there , it is worth it!!
The best thing about this particular BE is the waitress! She's warm, welcoming and always pleasant! We are glad to see the menu pared down to what made BE famous- the classics we go there for!
