These are my asue sauces for my French dip sandwiches I put the pen in to give reference it’s basically water and they weren’t busy the lady actually told me that she was the only mgr of that specific store and her boss the (GM I suppose ) said they could shut down at 9pm every night which they do religiously whether the drive through has a line or not . Friday I came through at a quarter till 9 and the young girl on the headset abruptly stated that there would be a hour wait on roast beef ? a fast food chain devoted to but not limited to but in the end where’s the beef? So to end I went up there and they were more than happy to take the time to answer the drive through intercom because it dings in their ear and was told “hi welcome to arbys I do apologize but were closed “ and I replied “that’s fine but can I give you this brown water back and have the asue sauce I paid for ?” The reply from the mgr “ yeah it was probably the end of a pot , was is a little light ? I said “ light you can see the bottoms of both cups I come here every night I know what it’s supposed to be and how it’s made and what you most likely did . You had 1 left from whoever did the prep earlier today and instead of reaching 1.5 feet under your waist you made 2 cups from 1 small a hopefully I wouldn’t notice. If you’re that lazy with such a simple task how are we to know you do the essential things like washing your hands before you touch food or changing gloves so you don’t cross contaminate everything in the store ??♂️
This Arby's on Yankee between Lyons & 725 is the best in the area. I have tried most of the Dayton locations. Arby's on Yankee has great food, service and friendly employees. The Restaurant is one of the newer locations. It has great atmosphere. It is a must to check out. Once you do, you will be back for more. I know I am.
Waited for awhile to just get service. All 4 workers just stood there chatting while I waited for them to help for over 10 minutes. Very poor slow service. Late on a delivery just because it took forever to pick it up and they weren’t even busy.
Walked down to get lunch and the door say's drive thru only. Plenty of bodies working on the inside, yet you can't walk in and get lunch to go? ? Opted to walk in to McDonald's instead, and no problems getting food. Do better Arby's!
Starving after work, I stopped by and had one of the best meals ever! The waitress at window was super nice and my food was fresh, hot and delicious! 10 star review!
This is the worst fast food location for any chain I've ever been to. Last time I got cold fries and no cheese on my beef n cheddar. This time I didn't get my large fry I ordered and the two beef n cheddars had rock hard buns that were inedible. I don't like to complain about restaurants or fast food because most of the time they're accidents and freak coincidences when an order is messed up. This place is simply neglecting to do the job they signed up for.
The chicken sandwich had so much sauce on it. I want to take a bite and the chicken slipped right out of the bun, which made a huge mess in my kitchen.
Super fast service
Cold fare don't care Sunday crew. We opened our takeout bag to this. A large fries container only half filled with cold leftovers mixed with curly fries. They also didn't include sauce with the roast beef sandwiches.
