First time I ordered from here the food and service was horrible but my friends all think this place is good. I decided to try it again but this time I did Doordash. Yes I realize Door Dash Is terrible and the majority of drivers arent good but I thought it would be easier than having to deal with employees in person. The wings were horrible and dry. I tried this place twice now but I’ll stick with Buffalo Wild Wings. No fault of Wingstop but the door dash driver left the bag at my door with safety seal cracked on the bag after I requested it be handed to me. Overall the food service industry is awful these days
This is the worst Restaurant I’ve ever been too , the staffing was horrible . The whole work environment was terrible .. The bathrooms were discussing I didn’t even feel comfortable with let my son use the bathroom . I Did not get food I could only imagine how the kitchen looked based of the bathrooms .. I would not recommend this place to family or friendsNot to mention Before I decided I didn’t wanna order food , I was looking at the menu and the stuff I could see looking back was very disturbing , I think it’s very unprofessional how they run their shift , knowingly knowing there’s an open kitchen and we can see the littlest things they do .. I don’t want to eat a yea here or take my family somewhere and these people don’t have the decency of any type of consideration . And whatever manager was on shift he outta be ashamed of himself letting his crew do the things I seen them doing !!
The food is pretty good, however the staff is consistently rude. Wether they have air pods in (being ignored), or are extremely short and unkind. I’m not expecting a red carpet laid out upon my arrival but being interrupted, ignored and dismissed is extremely bizarre.
I don’t know who made y’all’s employees mad. But the manager working tonight has an attitude that needs adjusted. Both the worker and her were bothered they had customers at 10pm. How she handled a customer complaint was shocking! I’m surprised the lady didn’t go off on her for how she acted. Do better! You don’t like your job, find a new one! Everyone is hiring with high wages!
Delicious wing shop in the Belden area and a welcome addition. Adds to the never ending list of good wings in the area. They hold a variety of flavors for both boneless and bone in wings. Couple those with their fries and I'm not sure you can go wrong with anything on their menu. Their fries have some special seasoning on them that makes them this amazing combination of both sweet and spicy. Dipping both your wings and your fries in the home made ranch is also a must!Now if you're questioning how i could love this food that much and still rate lower, the service is really the problem here. Cashier not only rung the majority of my order wrong but also didn't put the correct name on the bag. After waiting probably 15 minutes i went to the counter and someone other than the cashier helped me this is where we found my order was just sitting on their "to go" shelf. We had specifically requested to dine in so we never even thought to ask. They seemed pretty well staffed so i don't think staffing numbers were the issueOverall, I'm unsure of how the place is run but you get delicious food if things work out. I'd recommend checking your receipts and checking on your order if you wait too long. Oh and try the Mango habanero if you like sweet with a heck of a kick.

So we are told a 55 minute wait. We wait the 55 minutes and go to pick up and pay and when asking if they know how long of wait some employee yells when I get to it!! Could you be any ruder!! 1st time customer...last time customer! And there were still 6 orders ahead of ours.
Best wing stop is belden village store always done right
My daughter's boyfriend got this for dinner. First time eating from there. Had 9 piece bone in wings. The wings were burnt with what amounted to 3 wings actually have meat on them with what felt like a half of bottle of sauce dumped on them. We ordered veggies and dip for two of us and instead got fries with ranch sauce. Instead of coke zero got who knows what. My suggest save your money and go around the corner to Buffalo Wild Wings at least you are not wasting money or order messed up.
Jesse is the most polite and well mannered person. This guy really knows his stuff and was very helpful. He seemed to be in control of everything and was able to keep things moving right along. Would highly recommend going here.
