Usually never have a bad experience here. However today we ordered the thigh combo for 2. Which at the store the guy had no clue what we was talking about. So we ordered online and picked up. We also got the cajun corn. Well it was so over cooked and didn't even have any seasoning on it. Very upset because this is what we love the most at Wing Stop.
I order from here at least 3-4 times a week either from work or home. Theres times I've ordered 5-6 days in a row. I love the wings. My problem is I always order carrots and never get them. I finally quit wasting money ordering them. The dips are inconsistent. Sometimes when I order a reg size ranch and a regular size cheese sauce I'll get 2 cups of cheese and 4 or 5 cups of ranch other times it will be 1 cup of each. It's not just this location it's the Belden one also. If I'm at work I get from this location at home is from the Belden location. (I use doordash) their wings are awesome though. I finally found a place that has wings my hubby likes.
When I tell you how appalled I am at this locations restaurant. We got dirty looks as soon as we walked in to order after our shifts ended to get dinner because we haven’t eaten all day. I ordered Cajun and bbq and I got buffalo and spicy Korean bbq . My friend ordered garlic parm and Hawaiian and as you can see she barely had a dinner out of her meal because the workers decided to give us what they had at the bottom of the fry basket. This is ridiculous. Never going back.
Honestly just putting a single sauce in the bag seems to be a problem. They charge you for something that they forgot. And dashers will not go back to make the order right. Maybe the staff needs better training.
DISGUSTING PLACE WITH HORRIBLE EMPLOYMENT. This Wingstop cup had fruit flies in it that I DRANK from their sweet tea dispenser. After telling an employee, the woman laughed saying "oh that's disgusting haha just try another drink" I definitely did not. I simply left after receiving my order to no later bitting into severely overcooked chicken + soggy fries ?. I haven't an will NOT go back. I also called their management team to be told this wasn't their cup...
I have been here a few times and can't believe that they have a radio in the background playing ghetto music in the back that is as loud as the regular music they have playing in the front. Its really a bad look for this business and would be embarrassed to be the owner here. He,she or they should do surprise visits to see what I see here. Not even in the ghetto in Miami, Florida did I see this. The food is fine and the service has been ok. The only reason I didn't give one star because the wait for food here is bad too.
The service and the food was great as normal. The only problem I have and may seem a little strange is the lids for the soft drinks. The lids don't seem to fit or even stay on the cups very well especially while driving. Other then that it was great.
Do not order from this place. I ordered through their website and spent 40 DOLLARS just for my food to never arrive. called wing stop and they say they can’t do anything because it was through DoorDash mind you I paid on their website NOT DoorDash. and then the woman on the phone hung up on me. not eating here again, horrible customer service. your food will get stolen and your money will be wasted.
If I could rate this business, I wouldn't even give it one star. Totally unprofessional and the staff need to be retrained on how to talk to customers. Will not be returning. Don't even bother calling to speak to a manager. No one ever answers the phone. Don't waste your time.
