I have ate here for years and both the food and the prices are great, but no more !! A couple weeks ago I was there on a Friday night for dinner. I went to the restroom and as I came out of the stall an employee (didn't know she was an employee) also came out of a stall. I washed my hands and proceeded to dry them while the employee RINSED her hands under water ( no soap) and wiped them on her pants. I followed her out of the bathroom where she turned right and went straight into the kitchen. I told the two people I was with to see if they found it as disgusting as I did... I then flagged down our waitress to make sure she was an employee in the kitchen, to which she answered yes. I then proceeded to let her know what I witnessed. She went into the kitchen and returned a couple minutes later stating that the OWNER said that it was OK because they had a sink in the kitchen where she would wash her hands and wear gloves. I still feel she should have washed her hands because between the bathroom and that kitchen sink she touched other things ( one being the bathroom door knob) that she contaminated!! ??
I hadn't actually been to White Crown until last year. That is a travesty. They have a somewhat limited selection of beer but the prices are untouchable. Drinks are good but again you don't find a lot of high end liquor here. What you will find is exceptional food at prices that are extremely reasonable. The fish and burgers are among my favorites but I haven't had anything I didn't like. I'm not someone who likes fancy joints so this down to earth place with friendly staff and clients is perfect.

Ordered a bowl of potato soup and repeatedly asked for extra crackers which I never got! When it finally arrived to the table it was literally cold. Bar maid didn't apologize or take soup back. This place used to be one of my favorites but now I'd pass!!
The fish... So good. The breading was light and had a bit of a sweet taste. Spencer, the bartender was the best. We had a large party. He was on top of everything. A friend had an off menu recommendation of the Cajun chicken Philly with bacon. I'm headed back soon to give that a try!

We had the zucchini planks appetizer and the 2 piece fish dinner. Everything was very good. The fish were nice size pieces of cod, the fries were excellent and fresh cut ….unless you prefer steak fries (My husband ordered those). It was plenty of food. The zucchini planks were very good, we cannot find planks anywhere in Canton, Ohio…only here! This restaurant is very small inside. Approximately 5 tables and a huge seating area around the bar. This establishment has been here for decades but it was my first visit. I will definitely be back. We were told to try the burgers, the hamburger meat apparently comes from a local meat market and our server, Ardee, highly recommends them. Ardee, was very efficient and personable. The owner made it a point to come introduce himself which was ver nice of him. If I were going to be picky, I’d say, I prefer my fried cod to have a bit crunchy batter but it was still very very good fried cod. Also, Ardee told us, we could request pan fried cod too. Overall very good experience.
every thing on menu is awesome under priced for how much and how good the food is .its just a little bar and grill but don't let that fool you the place has very good food.
Food is always great and restrooms ar very clean. Staff is super friendly
I grew up about 8 blocks away from the White Crown. I thought it was just a bar. I just had their fish and fries, and my life has been changed. I will be back!
