Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich sub mayo the worker rang it up no honeymustard I double checked it was eight she then fixed it to add the mayo and even yelled up front telling them and they still messed up didn't even throw mayo packets in bag poor management if you ask me cause yes the crew messes up but at the point she also yelled it a good manager would have checked the order at least that's how both McDonald's I worked at was knew I should have went to sonic first and last time at that wendys
Hot and crispy? More like cold and stale.. terrible.. when you ask for off fryer and it’s cold there’s a problem.. hope they rectify the issue but until they do………. I WILL NOT BIY THE FOOD HERE

No provision for zero stars. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This applies to both walk-in and drive-thru. A 10 to 15 minute wait for your incorrect, cold order is guaranteed. Employees are surly, indifferent, and act like they are doing you a favor taking your order, which they promptly screw up. How hard is it to push the the cash register key with a little picture of a hamburger?? I will never, ever patronize this Wendy's again. Your money is better spent elsewhere
Don't go after 5pm or 6pm if you want your order to be right
Mobile orders need to be picked up inside the restaurant? What’s the point in this? What’s the point in even using the app? The point of a mobile order is to be quick and to go. When I used to work in fast food, drive thru had priority over inside, and would usually get their food first. Making customers park and come in, especially in the middle of a worldwide pandemic os ridiculous. Won’t be coming here anymore. Taco Bell is better lol
Their $5 bacon double stacker box is a great value and also the 4 for $4 deal is nice as well.
