They are striving to be friendly to the customers. Every employee I encountered thanked me and told me to have a nice day, delivered with a smile. They are advertising for help who have "friendly faces." Their improved customer service has not gone unnoticed!Update: not so true anymore. It's hard to find help right now. Double hamburger with ketchup and mustard had ketchup and pickles. No smiles. Goofing around. Hopefully things will get back to what it was.
I haven't been to a fast food hamburger joint in probably four years. I know now I wasn't missing anything. The burger was mediocre at best. The fries were okay but they were mostly small pieces and once they cooled off a little bit they were not all that good. Overall for the $11 it cost, it was not worth the money. For just a little more I can go someplace and get a good meal.

Everything was good to this time we ordered the double cheese burger no tomato No ketchup one small chili and a drink and a small fry instead of a cheeseburger we got a hot chicken sandwich
This is an amazing Wendy’s! I go out of my way to visit this location. Staff is always very friendly and attentive. Food is always correct and warm.
Fairy quick drive thru, but does get busy during peek hours. Go hee quite a bit.
Service was ok at first and the gentleman that gave me my food was nice. But when I went to reach in my bag I got covered in hot cheese sauce because the lid wasn't on the container. It was all over my bag & my other items. I unfortunately did not have the time to go back but it was very irritating.
Best Wendy's in the area. The people are so nice. The only problem they have here is that the drive through is not made very well and blocks traffic.
I love Wendy's and I like to stop before I go to work but tonight I was waiting 10 minutes for the girl to even open the window to get my money I ended up being late for work because I spent 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru I said multiple times I wanted a number 12 but I didn't want the spicy chicken that it comes with I just wanted regular and I ended up getting a classic chicken sandwich when I said something the employees got an attitude and when my food was dying pretty much threw my bag at me. They also gave me the wrong lemonade. And when I asked if I can have my drink and frosty after she threw the bag at me she huffed and puffed and got an attitude and handed them to me
