Manager was a jerk. Service was total disaster. Food was cold after waiting 11 mins at window. Said they were waiting on cheese sauce for bacon at or fries. Ended up melting shredded cheese on cold fries. Called manager on duty and he hung up on me.Worst Wendy’s I have ever been to.
There's been a lot of downsizing in the fast food restaurants over the years. Fortunately for me and other cheeseburger enthusiasts, we can still rely on any of the Dave's Single to Triple line up. Still as big and beefy as the day we first fell in love. Thanks Dave, for giving us the best.
I had a few mistakes with my meal as one does because it's prone to happen once In awhile with fast food I called and the manager Rhonda was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure she fixed every mistake and personally made my food. She was doing a great job engaging with the drive thru, front counter, as well as customers all while still preparing food. Rhonda really made my day 10 times better than it was! I can tell Rhonda is a hard and determined worker who cares about her job and if you were to ask me she needs a well deserved pay raise!
This is the best Wendy's and one of the best fast food restaurants there is. Always friendly and always has me in and out in just a few minutes.

Food was false ads and the whole sandwich was mad dry fries were even bad only thing was good was the orange juice. Basically I paid for something that wasn't even worth the time buying to eat
Fast and friendly.However, every single Wendy's can not follow my order, SW avocado salad NO dressing. It puzzles me since I would think it would be cheaper for them.
What difference does it make how much money I spent dine in or if it was dinner lunch or breakfast. The food was terrible. The grilled chicken was so thin our food was the worst we ever ate from there. The chilli was spicy hot and I never put those hot packets in. Wendy's is now off my restaurant list. Not to mention the cost is out rages
There was no line and it took 15 minutes to get the food it was cold we we even had to go back cause they for got one of are meals so we had to go back to faircrest again to get food market is better u couldn't even have hot fresh fries
Kept delaying my order. Told them I needed it now after waiting 10 minutes or too cancel my order because I was going to be late for work. Was promised it would be done in 2 seconds. A few minutes later I was told by another person it would be 3 more minutes. I told them to cancel my order and left so I wouldn't be late to work. Left a message through wendy's app to make sure they refunded my card. It's been several days and I just filed a charge back. Location used to be very reliable.
