I stop here maybe once a month. Always accurate food. Only thing that is always different is the frostyccino. Must be a proportion thing... but hey, we are all human. Yesterday I actually ate in the establishment for the first time. Super nice in there. Impressive. I couldn't believe I was inside of a fast food restaurant. The person who helped us with our food she was super nice and patient. I highly recommend this Wendys.

Absolutely horrendous coffee.Once a week I will come to this Wendy's because their food is fresh and serviced quick. However, recently I went there at around 8:00PM-9:00PM on 2/12 and purchased a small coffee with my order looking for a dose of caffeine. (Included two creamer and two sugars on the side) The coffee was hot and warm which was great, but I noticed something inside my coffee after drinking half of it an hour later. There was this small white ball, which I had thought was creamer that didn't dissolve. I had poured out the rest of the coffee and found that it was actually a floating piece of mucus like substance. Absolutely disgusting and I was sickened after finding it. There even appeared to be hair in this ball of disguising proportions. I don't know if this is an issue with the machinery that is in charge of dispensing the coffee, or quite possible (which I hope to not imagine) an employee purposefully or accidentally was the cause of this. I have worked in several McDonalds establishments and never have I ever recalled an instance of such an event that had occurred like this. Please avoid drinking coffee, and eating here in general, until the owners publicly announce that they are going to clean their machines.

I asked for a cookie to be warmed up because they sell stale cookies. The General Manager said he couldn't do it for safety reasons. He said imagine if they left your cookie in the microwave for 3 minutes and you took a bite and burned your tongue. Think about that. Who would do that? The manager was rude and nasty when I was just trying to wrap my head around this ridiculous comment. I was trying to communicate with this person but he kept cutting me off and talking over me. It really didn't make since and he kept talking and not listening. So I cut him off and said fine I'll just get an order to go and no cookie. Then he tells me I was being rude and cut him off and told me to get out of his place. I go up to the Wendy's on Portage and asked for 2 cookies warmed up and the drive thru person said..."Sure, how long would you like it heated up for?" I said 15 seconds. Thank you. Now somebody tell me why this was such a big issue at Whipple. Encounter of the ridiculous kind. Geez.

Always go to the same one , good food, prices and clean . Pretty sure owners daughter works there cause can't figure out why she still has a job. Not a good employee.

Paid close to $25 for a bacon cheeseburgers, double Dave burger, and baconator fries. Instead I got my fries, drinks, and 2 JBC. Those are significant price differences. Don’t go here or any of the surrounding franchise areas for them. They clearly can’t train and the staff can’t read a order board.

This Wendy's has some of the more courteous employees. I've not had one issue with any of my orders so far. I will go out of my way to get a meal from here out of all the others in the area. Keep up the great service. Whoever is the manager here....keep up with the excellent training. Great customer service is number one in my opinion.

No refills on lemonade behind the counter said no ice still got ice dining room fries on floor 10-10-2021 time 3:50 PM WON’T be back freezing cold also

This place always has such a long wait. Plus, on this occasion, I placed a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. After waiting in line at the drive thru, I was told that you have to go inside to pick up mobile orders. That somewhat defeats the purpose of the drive thru. I had my hangry toddler with me, so it made it a much longer trip than anticipated. Also, they gave me a completely wrong order, so we had to go back in to exchange the food.

Wendy's is one of my favorite fast food store.

Mobile orders need to be picked up inside the restaurant? What’s the point in this? The point of a mobile order is to be quick and to go. When I used to work in fast food, drive thru had priority over inside, and would usually get their food first. Making customers park and come in, especially in the middle of a worldwide pandemic os ridiculous. Won’t be coming here anymore. Taco Bell is better lol
