This Wendy's closes at 11:00 pm on Saturdays according to their own website. I pulled in line at 10:56 pm and the car in front of me even earlier of course. When she pulled up for her order to be taken? The time was now 11:00 p.m., she was told they were closed, her order couldn't be taken, so she just pulled away. I pulled up to the speaker to place my order and was told they were closed and taking orders stop at eleven. If this is policy for this particular Wendy's it makes me wonder if she doesn't purposely slow down the ordering process the closer it gets to closing time. This establishment could care less if you've been sitting in this line for over, let's say, ten, fifteen minutes to order because if that clock hits closing time by the time you get to that speaker to order? They're denying you service because they can and they do!After working outside in the sun all day thenbub driving twenty-three minutes from home to this Wendy's only to be denied service?Not happy with this place at all!!!

Last place me and my sweet darling ate at before she decided to go be with the good man above... I'll always come in and sit in our spot ? I miss her so much

I loved this, but here's a good idea. Maybe you should collaborate with Nintendo to make an offer of something Nintendo-themed. Other than that, 10/10. (The Nintendo collaboration thing is because there's a Koopaling named Wendy, get it?)

I went for breakfast today and I don’t expect red carpet, an acknowledgement to my good morning would be nice. Two people in the same payment window, one girl took my debit card and said no hello back, the other girl who had Tasha on her sweatshirt handed me back my card and the food and also said nothing. I had to ask for my receipt so I could go online to do a survey. If Wendy’s prides themselves on “fresh not frozen” then their staff need to be fresh not frozen. Poor cold service at this location.

Their service is good, but for some reason, they won't get certain kinds of drinks unless you physically come in to get it yourself. Why can't they get it for the customer?

I ordered two chili’s large and small tonight. I asked them what’s the limit on crackers because they gave me 1 last time. He said how many I wanted. I said 6 each because I did get a large one. Gave me 3 crackers?? Annoyed because why asked but don’t put the amount in bag. I had to go buy more crackers to each my chili. It’s like crackers is a hot item apparently?

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Tonight was my last time ever giving this location a dollar of mines. My food was cold, I didn’t get any napkins, all of my food was old. I can tell it been sitting there all night. I’ll be sure to reach out to the owners of this franchise and let them know how you guys are running things at this location. I’m sure they won’t be happy

Well this location is absolutely rude. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon they gave me one covered in maple syrup that is sausage and I go back to the store 15 minutes later and they won’t remake it because it’s past breakfast time. I could not think of a worst customer service experience if I could give this zero stars I would don’t even bother going to this location they can’t make a sandwich correct they can’t listen and I can’t understand a thing. WORST customer service just go to the ghetto it’ll be a better experience

I don't have the person name who waited on me she was so helpful with my ordering process. Bery good customer service.

Love this location always clean friendly staff make you feel like family Bobbi and Star are my fav managers. Keep up the good work y'all.
