Went through the drivethru to order a breakfast sandwich and wanted to get the free drink offer that I saw on the advertisement the other day. The cashier told me that offer had ended. I ordered a drink anyway. When I left I checked the website and the offer is still happening. What’s up with that?
Favorite of the fast food chains. Polite workers and good/fresh food. Love their breakfast sandwiches/meals.
Long line and the person taking my order confused me. She was talking very fast and was rushing me with my order. Sandwiches were not worth the money, fries were cold and chili was meh. Not worth the time or money.
Very disrespectful they were more concerned about chatting than placing the orders correctly accusing me of stealing drinks when they told me that I had to come inside instead of walking around the counter to get my drink I had to walk in to get it and then I was accused of stealing very bad place.
As far as fast food goes its probably the best place to stop ... never have a issue with Wendy's... good food at a ok price
This Restaurant is so disorganized and we waited for a very long time for our food although the food line was NOT long but the Drive Thru must've been busy. The Manager kept yelling at this poor sweet young Cashier as we ALL thought the Causian Manager was nasty & loud in general as she also kicked this sweet Cashier off the clock because the Orders were backing up. This Cashier was a very Polite, kind & sweet person who did her best. But the Manager really ruined my opinion of Wendy's. Seriously not a kind person this Manager. Customers were getting angry at this loud Manager on how she treated her Employees, shoving the kid Workers to the side to get out of her way. Now the DRIVE THRU Manager was a Super sweet lady and also our food was cold. Our Order was very messed up. The Workers are very kind. The Parking lot was filled with trash, there were people outside crowding the area near the door to come in. Like hanging around and asking for money.
Very busy drive thru so I went inside to get my order didn't take long and everything was fresh and hot. Fries are hot crispy and better than before. The drive thru would've been just as fast, they have a whole team dedicated to drive thru and door dash orders....if you want burgers and fries this is the place.
