Anniversary
With a party of three people, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were pleasantly surprised with the scenery and the decor of the restaurant. Right away, we were served with water and bread and had an extremely sweet waiter. We engaged in a three course meal, and each dish was full of savory and unique flavors. The environment was relaxed and cozy and it truly is a classy place to dine. If you are looking for a good time, amazing food, and a selfless staff, look no further.
The ambiance is warm and wonderful. We felt a bit like the stepchild all night from the moment we entered and had to wait over ten minutes past our reservation time to be seated while watching others who came after us get tables. Our server, Rita was sweet but should really be in a different kind of work. We were ignored all night; couldnât get water or drinks for 30 minutes. Total time spent was over 2 hours and the place had emptied out of concert goers like us. We were late got the show ad a result. Food was SUPERB though!â Amazing sauces and presentations!! We would try again on a less busy night some day ð
Food was good....stuffed peppers appetizer & brownie dessert was very tasty; portions were very generous. Now to the service......very, very slow. We sat for 10 minutes before we got even a glass of water & longer before server even acknowledged we were there (excuse was we came at shift change). We waited at least 15 minutes after finishing each course before plates were cleared & next course was served. Wine, appetizer, entree, dessert.... meal for 2 took over 2 hours. This was the same for all diners around us even though there seemed to be adequate serving staff; long waits seemed to be caused by bar & kitchen. Just not impressed enough to drive the 45 minutes from our house to go again.
It was a birthday brunch for my mother in law. Zach, our server was outstanding. He treated my mother in law like a queen. He has great knowledge of the restaurant and entire group DDS. He was so wonderful. He made our day. Thank you Zach!
Ambiance is exquisite, food is scrumptious, wine is divine, service is exceptional!

This was our second time eating at The Bistro and it was wonderful. We live about an hour away and it is 100% worth the drive. The food was delicious and the service was unparalleled.
What can I say but above and beyond my expectations. A very enjoyable afternoon. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my wants and needs. All questions were answered thoroughly with alot of care to highlight special features and functions of the winery. I will definitely return in the near future and will recommend to friends and family.
