Absolutely awful experience! We literally just left here after having lunch for my twins birthday. Upon arrival I asked for a table with two highchairs, after realizing the highchairs they have are too small for one of my twins I asked for a booster. The hostess brought over a booster and HELPED ME STRAP IT TO THE CHAIR. Not even 5 mins later the booster came off of the chair and took my toddler and the chair to the ground! My toddler hit his head on the concrete floor and was very upset for about 30 mins. No manager ever checked on us or apologized. Fast forward end of our meal but my toddlers are wearing BIRTHDAY shirts yet we received no birthday song. Time to pay the check and the server gives us the wrong tablet so I ask her to please just cash us out herself we are ready to go. She brings back the receipt with no pen to sign! I asked her for a pen and never got one. As I was leaving I asked to speak to the manager about what happened with my son. The manager BLAMED ME! for the fall! Stating “our booster chairs don’t fit at our tables” then why was I given one? And why did you host help me strap it to the chair!? Had someone come and apologized I wouldn’t have been so upset but she was “too busy doing paperwork” This is my favorite restaurant and I will not be back this was awful.
Worst experience ever at a Texas Roadhouse and I have gone a couple hundred times over the years. Mostly to the one in Alliance. Rarely to this Canton one because I had bad experience here before. First knife was dirty and I asked waitress for clean and some regular butter for the rolls. Never saw her again until after meal was brought out. No bread plates, no butter, no clean knife. Salad bowl was dirty but I didn’t notice until part way done. Something hard on it that didn’t come off easy, so it wasn’t dirty from my salad. So I didn’t have any rolls and ate my pork chop by holding it with my fork. Never will be back. Not looking for them to contact me, don’t want any free gift card offer. Never going back period. Only reason 2 star instead of 1 is that the food itself was decent.
We’ve been here multiple times? Our waitress was Mandy, she was awesome ? The taste of the food was good too? If you haven’t been to this one, give it a try??
First of all it was terrific of Texas roadhouse to offer coupons on Veterans Day to be used at a later date. That in and of itself is a wonderful gesture. I used that coupon today. The food and service were terrific. Thank you Texas Roadhouse.The young lady that waited on me addressed me by name. Nice touch.
Sat at the bar and had wonderful service from the young lady tending bar. They were busy and she was on top of it. Very polite and friendly. We had the T-bone and also chicken and ribs. Food was cooked perfectly, I will be back.
Delicious steak! Beautifully cooked and juicy! To all the people saying it was burnt, they have you cut it open before they leave to make sure it's cooked how you like so it's your fault. I was really pleased. Only spent $61 getting 2 of the 12 ounce steaks, with their blooming onion. Very pleased and definitely will be coming back!
Always a great steak and the rolls just melt in your mouth. Very nice portions for the price. Service was very prompt. Use the call ahead as we showed up and had to go back and wait in our car for 25 minutes for a table.
Went out for our anniversary tonight. We ended up setting at the bar. I was glad we did the service was great. The bartender was on point, very polite, food was good, and had a smile the whole time. Thanks for your great service.
