Ordered at the drive through but had to wait for a fresh item for my order. No biggie. However, when they brought out my order, it was incomplete. When I went to go inside to get it fixed, but the doors were locked (it was around 12:30 pm). The drive through line was 20 minutes long so was not worth the wait to try and get it fixed.
wish I could give this location 0 stars, this location likes to close early before they are supposed to & accept door dash orders and not fulfill them. Extremely disappointed in this location and wishing I wouldn’t of even spent my time or money waiting for them to do a simple order an hour before they actually close.
Frequent this Taco Bell as it is the nearest. Clean facility and nice location. Horrible staffing though. Every time multiple parts of our orders are left out. They are consistently out of something. Today it was cheddar cheese, but they offered the 3 cheese for extra…. They were out of tea, and sauces. Really needs better management at this location
Less filling than I usually get from Taco Bell, but still well made and good flavor.
We live right near the one On market Avenue North. The drive-through was extremely busy so we decided to go in. We weren't real good with the kiosk. The manager Shannon came out and walked us through our order. It was easier than we thought. We really appreciated her effort. She went above and beyond. Food was out hot and quick. THANK YOU!
Best taco bell I've had in a long time! Everything was fresh and done perfectly. Thank you it was delicious. Customer service was also fantastic. Keep up the great work Tristan and team!!!
I experience working Doordash with them is not good. Was after hours and drive-thru was over a half an hour long. When I finally got to the window, there was no drink as ordered. I asked the girl about the drink and she said there was no drink. Instead of backing up the line, sitting there arguing with her, I pulled slightly forward to the door and called them (after rechecking the order). They tried to tell me I would have to go through the drive-thru again. And refuse to bring me the drink to the door. Uhhh Nope!
Food was promptly served and hot. The dining room was spotless, I enjoyed my dining experience at wasjungron Square Taco bell.
Great service and quick. Food tasted good. The Hartville Taco Bell employees need to be trained here for quality, how to talk and be polite and faster service.
Very clean inside and out. All three guys working behind the counter individually checked on me as I waited for my order to be completed. Quite attentive. My new favorite Taco Bell.
