I love Taco Bell! But this location apparently just installed digital ordering kiosks/panels. Now, I'm not against making transactions simpler for the customer, except that the kiosks are usually a real pain. When I visited there Tuesday, there were two employees having to guide customers through the process. That means it's neither easy or fast. Worse yet, a third employee behind the cash register would NOT help me at the counter! I walked out and gave my money to another restaurant instead.If this is where all TBs are headed, I'm done.
No other location compares to the staff team they have here. I’m an everyday customer here, I always mobile order and the team always gets my meal the EXACT WAY I want it to be made, every time! This crew is absolutely amazing and by far some of the sweetest and kindest people I have talked to. This team goes so far above and beyond which is so great to see because I know these people don’t get paid enough for what they do! Huge shoutout to Nick and Gabby!
Manager offerd us to use the Kiosk. I said no thank you. She then turn very cold/rude and said that we had to because their registers were not on. Who forces people to use them with Covid still lingering around? It's no joke, I was sick 3 months and also lost my dad to it. Yes, we were vaccinated and I got an infusion as well. So, my family and I left to go to the Taco bell by North Main St and Applegrovee. They also had the kiosk working, however they had a register open for those not wanting to use the kiosk. They were just as short staff as this Taco Bell and still kept a register open. The staff was very kind and polite, including the manager. In regards to this Taco Bell, I give it a zero for the manager being rude, cold and not having a register open for anyone uncomfortable with the kiosk. I feel it's very selfish of them not to care about people over 55 who are at high risk.

The guy working the drive thru on 12/18/21 was so sweet. I was short like a dollar I must have lost money somewhere. So when it get to the window i asked to him to remove my drink and this sweet young kid said don't worry about it I will buy it for you! There are not to many genuinely sweet kids out there. Who ever raised him, GREAT JOB! I had just got off work and really wanted that strawberry frozen drink!
After waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes to place my order I gave up and used the kiosk. Selected to have my receipt sent via text message but there was a problem with that so I opted to have it printed at register. My order gets completed and my bag was literally thrown on the counter as the employee rolls her eyes. I ask for my receipt that printed at register and was told no. I paid 60 cents to have sour cream added to my taco and literally got one tiny drop on it.
I love this store. They always have good food and great service.
The new Crispy Melt tacos are my new favorite item on the menu!
I recently heard that the GM of this store tested positive for Covid 19! The Employees that came into contact with them where neither quarantined or made to take tests.I'm not too sure how I feel having a crew of potentially infected people making my food....
I generally go for combo options, but we did not want drinks. The team here suggested to go for individual items order vs paying extra for the combo. The location was understaffed hence they had closed the store and only had drive through open. The drive through was very well managed and saved me a lot of time for the order.
