Don't go here if you are hungry or in a hurry. Went inside, ordered from the app screen because they said it was quicker. 20 minutes to get 6 items from the value menu. Got back to work and they neglected to give me sauce or napkins. If you don't care about the customers just turn off the lights and lock the doors.
Don’t order online here. They make you leave the line and start all over again if they don’t see your order. Ridiculous. Will be going to Burger King for my lunches for now on. Thanks Taco Bell.
I would leave zero stars if I could.I visited this location on January 6th at 11:10pm.I waited in the line for 15 minutes just to be told I wouldn’t be served at 11:30. The sign out front says 12am. This is poor customer service and the sign should be changed.
Service once order was placed was extremely slow. Food was great though

Orders are usually always correct. Food is fresh. Tacos and nachos are a family fave!
Terrible place do not eat here!!! Ordered 4 spicy potato soft tacos , 2 chicken melts , a cheese quesadilla meal with hard shell taco. All 4 potato soft tacos were cold as hell like they had sat for days!! As well as they didn't put any sauce in them just lettuce potatoes and cheese. The chicken melts are tiny as all get out ! My quesadilla is nasty hard as well as there wasn't any freaking meat in the hard shell taco. I called up and complained , they said come get fresh ones . Which I did, did no good because the replacement tacos they gave me were worse . Ridiculous and this place needs shut down.
These kind of places are all ran by kids. And I can't stand repeating myself after three times I go to the window,. And these kids think it's funny and you can hear them laughing bad business
This is the first time I've ever had this. Burritos tortilla wasent heated and the filling was barely warm on my chicken chipotle melts. Amd the quesadilla is barely toasted and barely warm. Cleveland Ave is always and will always be my go to from now on!
