Do not order through their kiosk! I ordered waited about 30 minutes for a dine in order only for them to tell me it didn't go through on their system and that I'd have to order again. When I asked about a refund they just said there was nothing they could do and I'd have to call corporate. This happened to 3 other people all with the same response while I was there.

EXCUSES, EXCUSESIt’s always something with this store. “My internet crashed”, “we’re out of lettice, tomatoes, and pretty much anything else needed to make a taco”, “we’re understaffed”. Whaaaaaa. Get your act together! Why do you still have your franchise if you can’t operate it correctly?

If I could it would be no star the line was long so I went inside to order food ordered at 618pm didn't get my food till 630 but was also seeing the people in line was moving. Not to mention as soon as I ordered said they needed fries so it takes 22 minutes for fries??????????????????????????????????????????

This is the fourth time in about 6 months I’ve had issues with this Taco Bell. It’s the closest to where I live so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt and it’s just constant disappointment. Went there tonite bc according to their website they are open until 2am. Not even midnite and closed. No answering the phone, no anything. Leave there to go to the one in belden village that is open until midnite and get there by 5 til. Granted it’s a close one but yet again no answer and just darkness with a message they are closed. By far the worst fast food place in the industry and will not see me again. Past 11 it’s pretty much Taco Bell and sheet., I guess sheetz wins bc this is insane how incompetent not one but two places of business can be on a regular basis

Don't ask if the order on the screen is correct ,and put whatever you want in the sack,for the 5th time,never going back to that location again

Family member wanted a taco at midnight thirty. Who knew Taco Bell was such a happening place in the wee hours of the morning!?

I ordered for pickup at the counter because I was about 5-10 minutes away. When I go to restaurant, the lobby was locked even though it isn't supposed to lock for another hour and a half. I went through the drive thru and they say they can't find my order and start arguing with me, claiming I am at the wrong restaurant. So, they tell me to go wait 'a while' and come back through the drive thru again. I waited another five minutes and go through again. They said my order is ready and to pull ahead. I go to the window and they say it isn't ready and to go wait in the parking lot and they will run it out to me. So, I ended up spending half an hour on what I thought was going to be an easy 1 minute pickup at the counter on my way home. They also gave me the wrong drink.

Store was clean, Chalupa and Gordita was good. Everyone was polite and got my order quickly. What else could one require from a food place?

Honestly the worse experience I've ever had. Said we couldn't order any more bc we took all product the guy in the back was cursing at us. They were just terribly rude then we were told we aren't being served by them. I would recommend finding a new night shift. I get it bc I work fast food, but there is a time and place and it's not when they can hear you. We went to upper tusc and they were phenomenal. Will be getting a hold of Joseph any corporate about this distasteful place

Very good fast food. Please open indoor dining and allow online orders again though. And please teach the cooks to wrap things nicer, it looks like slob compared to other Taco Bells.
