I've lived here for 2 years and I've only once seen this place open for business .We are constantly in that plaza for the headshop and the Korean grocery , but the subway is never open .It might be a good location , but ill never know because its never open .Huge disappointment
Not open at 4pm. Sign says 11-5.
Showed up at 11:55am and its closed. Big sign says open from 11/5 . Guess no one showed up to work.
Jacklyn complained the entire time I was there because online orders where coming in and she was supposed to leave in 10 minutes. Extremely rude in telling me they were out of things, no attempt to apologize or even be basically polite. I considered walking out mid transaction over her attitude. I understood her frustration but that should never be directed at a customer.

Heather and Marky are the managers and always give me the best service!!! I love going in there and seeing all of them! My food is always fresh and my service is always fantastic. Kenny is also super helpful and always pleasant . Best subway in the area ?

food was just ok and same with staff nothing bad put nothing special either. If i had my choice i would choose another subway in the area.
