I was just at a subway near me and spent over $ 40.00 . I payed for 6 cookies which is $7.00 . So I get home and only have 5 . I call the subway to complain and get told to complain online and get hung up y . The workers have poor customer service!! Hopefully someone from the corporate office reads this . Hire new workers because the ones you have are awful !!!
this is the 3rd time ive shown up here and they closed at 4pm. thankfully i didnt place an online order like i was going to.
Subway on west tusc is for sure my new to go to everytime we want subway. I went there twice in the last two weeks and had exallent customer service, food and cleanness. I didn't get the employees names the first time but today I did hands down to Ashonti she was so polite the whole time while they had orders coming in and a line of customers when they was closing in an hour. This time and day it's hard to get great customer service on top of a clean store with good food. They for sure will continue getting my business.
My sub sandwiches were great and they were quick and courteous and got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
Avoid at all costs. They dont have bread. Thats right, a sub shop that doesnt have bread...
This on Dueb is always closed they never have employees or they dont have bread always something you all need to fix this
Pickup orders are always wrong. They don't train the staff
Good Food, but they prioritized online orders over the people in line. Would recommend ordering online ahead though, as it took awhile to get my food
It was great food and great service. Only issue is that extras like chips and drinks are a bit expensive.
Ordered online here 15 minutes before seven I'm the evening...... Bare in mind the website says they close at 9pm. We got there at five after seven. The money had already been taken off the card and the food was paid for. Upon walking to the door we were at first ignored until we refused to leave and kept tapping on the window. Just to be told we close at seven we voided your order at FIVE till SEVEN!!!! We live on a tight budget and that was our dinner till we got paid. So they took our money and pretty much said to bad. We had nothing to eat that night because they took our money. NEVER go here they are stupid and obviously don't want to work because they voided it five minutes before they even close and we placed it fifteen before.
