When I want subway doordashed during the day time this is the location that door dash sends my order to cause of where I live the employees cannot get the order right at all or since door dash gives my name on the order receipt they will forget my cookie I paid for and deliberately mess up my subs caused I called n complained about the mess ups manager has accused me of yelling on the phone when I had witnesses to me not yelling and she called me a lier when I told her she didn't include my cookie and she said that she personally made my order and she did give the cookie when she didn't and my witnesses even told her it wasn't put in my bag n she kept insistingthat my witnesses n i are liers... from all the one star reviews I now see I'm not the only one treated like this from this location I'll just order my subs n cookies late at night after this location is closed at least the other location gets my order right and toasts my sandwich too unlike this location doesn'tToast my sandwich either ... when I want subway for now on I'll order late at night and save for next day so I get the other location that can actually get the orders right
Terrible customer service when my husband was asked what kind of bread he wanted he said white to which the worker said Italian it's the same God damn thing in front of my 12 year old son..I cannot believe an employee would use the lord's name in vain and blatantly cuss especially in front of a child. I will not be going to that location again and will definitely warn family and friends about the terrible customer service skills they have there.. disappointed with the training and reaction to having a big order
1st visit 2 this location. Not in my area so wouldnt go out of my way to come here, esp now. The guy who took our order started out nice, but then got mouthy as the order went on. I asked for everything except hot peppers and cucs. Well 1st thing he puts on the sub-banana peppers. Which 2 ME, those r hot. When i said sorry i dont want those either. He begrudgingly starts 2 take them off, stating they do not count as hot peppers. I told him back n the day u used to have to ASK 4 banana peppers, they were not incl on the 'everything' menu...he says well it hasnt been like that n prob last 10yrs or so! Alrighty. Then as he is wrapping the subs i asked if he could wrap my footlong seperate 4 our road trip. He said since u said please, i will, otherwise when 2 subs r wrapped seperate theyr considered & charged as 2 subs! Wth!? He said they count the papers and they count as 2 orders. There is NO way this can b true! Even the lady beside me rolled her eyes! Glad there r other locations to go to besides this one!?♀️

Always great sandwiches.
Put an order in at about 6:30pm. To pick up at 7:20 pm. Received a call at 7:11 pm. That they were closed and they voided my order I could go get my food in another Subway if you're not open till 10:00 pm. Then don't falsely advertise on the website that you are and don't call people up 45 minutes later to cancel their order when they plan to pick it up

Would give less than 1 star if I could. Former employee screaming in line about nonsense, employees too distracted to make a proper wrap. Forgot half the stuff I wanted and added plenty of stuff I don’t, and when pointed out, instead of remaking it, just made it free. Which was a nice gesture...Or would be, if the resulting wrap was something I had wanted to consume. Unfortunately, filling it with things I did not like made it something I didn’t want, not even for free. Utterly disappointing, will not waste my time again.
