I am DONE with this store. Worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. I have made Doordash orders quite a few times since this location is the only one available, and they mess up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. They do not pay attention to the order at all, so I will specifically put in the special instructions box that I don't want my bread toasted and they still do it!! And on top of that they sometimes completely forget to add an item altogether! Honestly thinking about calling corporate and making a complaint. I've never had this many issues with one restaurant before.
The BEST Subway is the one off of south way. You always get exactly what you want with a smile!DO NOT GO to the one on Cleveland avenue unless you have an hour to kill.
Would have given a better review because they always make the food perfect and the staff is usually great, HOWEVER, twice now I have gone there at night and both times the same girl that was working ran in the back as soon as she saw me get out of my car, shut off the lights and hid like I didn't see her and BOTH times this happened it was at least a half hour before they closed!!!

Got a sandwich here today. The service was great! The employees were pleasant and seem to care about taking care of the customers. That is something you don’t experience often these days. The food was really tasty and fresh! I will be getting food here again!Zanial Franklin approved ?
