We had a ok experience tonight with this location until we saw our order & that there were 3 cookies missing & when we tried to address it with the employees some girl named Jasmine or elonda I don't know what her real name is but she wants to lie & then be very unprofessional in person & on the phone but Alan is very professional in person & on the phone
One of my favorite person works there and I was happy and surprised to see her. Great service.

Tried to order online and got an error message when trying to checkout, then got charged anyways, even though i didn't complete my transaction and didn't get the delivery of food i was charged for. After posting a complaint to the website nobody even contacted me to settle my situation
Staff was courtious and was interacting with all the customers. Was a pleasure and a fun visit. There should be more employees like the people at the Market Ave location.
I have made 27 calls to your Market St location in Canton OHIO and no one will answer. I waited for my online order at their drive in window for 30 mins and no one answered. FINALLY I went into the store, risking myself getting COVID since you also don't enforce any mask requirements, and waited in line to get my order. It was, of course, cold as death. I am now calling the store to get this replaced until they answer, so 3 pm to 10-11PM... let's see if I get anyone, probably not. You don't even deserve the 1 star they REQUIRED me to select.

The individuals taking care of the customers were friendly and the lady who appeared to be in charge paid very close attention to the orders.She made sure everything was done correctly.I have probably driven by this place hundreds of times and never went in.I think I will go there again soon.
