We did the online order, didn't get the email I was supposed to get to tell me what to do once I got there. I went in to get my order, there was no drinks until I asked about them and it was missing fries so I went back in and told them.. one of the employees argued with me that he put both fries in the bag.. he didn't..the ONE order he did put in there was dumped inside the bag and weren't even edible so the manager made him make 2 new fries, it's not like they were busy, there was only 3 tables with people at them..this is the 2nd time in a row I've had a bad experience there
One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. We waited 45 minutes for our order! They weren’t even busy! They locked the doors to the dining room at 6pm on a Saturday, turning many people away! Since they locked the doors, there was only a handful of people in the dining room, and it still took 45 minutes to receive our food! The workers were clearly more focused on drive thru and pickup orders. I will not be returning here anytime soon.
Unfortunately not a very good experience at this location. As with a lot of places they've gone to customer ordering themselves from a touch screen even though the people that work there are standing right 5 ft away. The grease for the fries and onion rings I hadn't been changed in quite some time because you could taste the burnt taste from the grease. Normally like steak and shake but it's location was not up to par.
They never get the order right. And tonight after missing 3/4 of the order they wouldn’t make it right when going to the store even. Not making the food we were missing or giving refund. Poor customer service and we have learned our lesson the hard way, never go there!
Like every fast food place they have removed some menu items or maybe when I went there they had a special or something. We don't go there very often, but it was good. I would go back. I got the bacon cheeseburger single with fries & a drink.
Burger and fries were good today. The milkshake was delicious as usual. If you dine in, you have to order on a kiosk. Lot of restaurants are going to this ordering method. I guess it's not a bad thing.
Called twice to confirm the dining room would be open for dine in, they reassured me twice it would be. As all my friend wanted was to go eat at Steak ‘n Shake. Got there and locked! Called inside they said sorry dining room is closed. Outrageous considering it’s a self ordering kiosk, damn I could’ve wiped the table off when we where done! Won’t EVER go back
So I went through steak 'n shake last week it was a wonderful experience on day shift burgers are amazing so I went to go again tonight had my elderly father called to see what time they close and a very rude girl told my elderly father to look it up she did not have time he does not know how to use it internet that hurts my nerves. Second of all she would not tell me her name she said that it was none of my business she did not know Corbett's number and I called back again try to get it again and she hung up on me. I have ran multiple restaurants as the general manager and I know for a fact that what she did is wrong inappropriate unethical and against company policy which is the customers always right so I would just like to know if anyone knows corporate's number the afternoon or night shift manager's name and how I can get a hold of somebody to take care of this matter because she was beyond rude and I don't think she is management material maybe busboy or something. Because there was no need for her to get smart and rude with me and especially not with my elderly father thank you
They won't serve you 20 minutes before they close through the drive thru last time before this trip the milkshake machine was down. I've tried to give them my business they just don't want it apparently.
The people working was very rude! Took almost an hour to get our food.
