This is one of MY TOP FAVE STARBUCKS EVER!!! Every single time I come here I am the happiest lady in the world!! I ALWAYS get a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra whip, extra Caramel, and extra, extra crunch.... they do a phenomenal job making our drinks!! I ALWAYS come to this one or the one on Cleveland... ❤️
I rarely have bad service or drinks at Starbucks, I'm used to it always being good, but I really love this new location, the employees are SO nice and accommodating, the drinks and food are always extra delicious for some reason (made with love?) Lol, anyway, just really appreciate the great service and positive attitudes everytime I stop! (Plus I've never waited long for my orders of multiple drinks and sandwiches, so that's great too)
I will never go to this Starbucks ever again! Ordered ahead, order was not even started & I arrived 10 mims after ordering. I watched the drive-thru get cleared twice while I waited on 1 pre-ordered coffee. When I started to say something the window was slammed in my face. Never again!
Don't even bother ordering ahead in the app, just use the drive-thru. I ordered ahead got there at the estimated ready time & waited almost 10 mins as I watched the drive-thru cleared twice. When I started to say something, I got a shug & the window closed. I will never return. I'm an almost everyday customer between here & Portage road, I'll make the drive there.
Great barista at the window. He was very friendly, made my day!! Drinks were perfect!!
I mean, it's Starbucks. Employees are really nice. No inside - drive thru only. Easy for a quick pick-me-up in the morning to work.
