If I thought I was entitled I'd expect my drink for free, but when I pay almost $7 for basically an iced coffee and there is no one in the drive thru and one other customer in the whole store I expect to have the drink made and served in under 10 min.And if I ask about it I don't need a freaking attitude about it! That's not entitlement! That's called expecting to get what I freaking pay for. And your not even short handed so don't even go there.
This a very large Starbucks. Indoor seating and atmosphere is great.
Nice quiet environment. Good wifi, no interruptions while working. Good quality service and costs reasonable for items ordered.
My drink was not good but compared to other Starbucks this place definitely gives the customer what they want with great service. I just didn't choose the drink I wanted.
Fairly disappointed with the experience here, after finding out the drive thru wasn’t open, i went to the door and there was another person there, and the door was locked. then what i believe to have been an employee let the other person in, gave me a dirty look, and shut the door without letting me in. Dissatisfied with the lack of customer service.
The barista at the register gave me a free coffee! Made my morning definitely the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to in a while ! Thank you so much ?
I quit going here for my daily fix and my budget appreciates it. But today I indulged and it reminded me why I loved it so.

Always quick even when there is a long line. 15/20 cars still only takes about 12 min. Amazing! And my puppy loves the pup cup!
They park a giant truck blocking the drive through and are drive through only. How does hat make any form of sense??
