Absolute worst customer service out of all the Starbucks in stark county. Every time I patronize this location the people working at the window are so rude. They are never friendly or welcoming. When I go to the whipple location though, everyone is so nice and they engage in conversation. I will never, EVER go back to the Cleveland Ave location. Stay away.
Every time I come here the staff is so nice to you. I don’t come often so I don’t have a regular drink to get like most customers. The workers are always happy to help if I have questions. Never have I ever seen a worker be rude or anything to anyone. The atmosphere is wonderful.
I like there ice tea, and the food taste pretty good
Great experience! The baristas were very friendly and greeted me when I walked in the door. Greg was especially nice when he told me to enjoy the rest of my day once my order was completed.
They are never available on Uber eats like advertised. Constantly closed during advertised opened hours
This place seriously needs to get it together. Every other Starbucks in the region has a more consistent schedule than this absolute Trainwreck of a place. The amount of times the mobile order is turned off because of "short staffing" is laughable, especially considering no other Starbucks within a 15 mile radius seems to have such an issue with this. It's incredibly frustrating because this Starbucks is the only one that's convenient for me on my way to work... What an utter disappointment of a Starbucks.
Seriously why is this place open one minute and then BAM out of nowhere without notice, they close?? Seriously, update your hours so that no one else has to waste their morning only to be met with disappointment and frustration. This place needs to be better about updating their hours so that people aren't wasting their time and money... Also, this locations mobile app ordering is broken every other day. Don't know why they don't hire more people if they are always so short staffed that they need to close every other day? Literally every other Starbucks in Canton/Akron has it together more than this joke of a place does
My visit to this Starbucks was absolutely perfect!! The barista's are for sure the best!! They know how to do their jobs!! They are so friendly, patient &knowledgeable!! I will always be back to this Starbucks when I'm in the area!! ☕?
Update your hours if you aren’t open! Wasting everyone’s time today. It literally takes 2min to do it. And why is the app still taking my $$$ if your location is closed? Joke!
I cannot say enough positive things about this location. They're always pleasant. Even on the rare occasion they're short staffed (as many places are anymore) they still get it all done. I always enjoy stopping here and I rather go out of my way to stop than to visit another location. friendly, fast to get orders done, great at what they do. Always recommend them for good service and drinks!
