I haven’t been to sbarro for awhile due to lack of service prep everything but I recently been going since Nikki Nelson started because everything is awesome! It’s customer service it’s the food like u want it everything is top notch!!! Every time I get a chance to go I go now I love it!!! Definitely see the turn around!!! Give u A+ now been back now and will be back for more!!!

Great food, I love their Stromboli's! The Mac and cheese is sooo good.!? Plus the workers were super friendly and energetic. This very well maybe my new favorite food spot.!
Worst place to get a pizza it's never ready on time and sometimes they burn it. The kids who work there don't care either. I will never give them business ever again.
Don't waste your time ordering pickup or door dash here. They don't care about their customers that aren't standing right in front of their face ordering. You'll go to pick it up and have to wait half hour because they put it in as soon as you get there saying the app "messed up" and said it would be done too early. Half hour is too early? Pickup is a joke here.
They don't ever answer the phone.

Went to the mall just for the pizza get there and there were two pieces of pizza 1 cheese an 1 pepperoni. There was a freshly made one waiting to get cut. So I asked the lady could I get one from the fresh pizza. Because the 2 pierces sitting there had looked like they been there since they opened. I did not say that to the young lady but that’s what I was thinking. So she says to me no I can’t sell you one from there until the other slice gets sold. So sadly I left the mall without my pizza I’m just saying for 4.50 a slice I’m not buying a slice of pizza that looks like that. ?.
I have patronized this location a few times, either served by the female counter person or and older guy and received good service. Today (8-20-20) at 12:00pm when I visited I was taken care of by someone I hadn't been served by, a younger guy with a mustache. The service that he provided was well below the standard that I had previously received. He was extremely rude and curt with not only myself but also other customers. I like your restaurant but will have to avoid spending money with an establishment that does not show respect to their customers.
