I had an incredible breakfast at Samantha's this morning. This is my fifth or sixth visit since they moved into their new location on Market Street (many many visits to their old location before that). I've always appreciated the consistent high delicious quality of the food combined with very reasonable prices.Especially since they've moved to the new location I've noticed an impressive amount of creativity in the entries. In addition to a long list of regular fare (some of which is quite creative, too), the list of specials is especially creative.Today my dining companion ordered one of these specials -- the Grilled Pineapple and Coconut French Toast. I stole one bite and we both agreed that it was fantastic.I tried something new to me, too, though it came from their list of standards -- I had a Reuben Omelette. The idea of adding Kraut and thousand island to an omelette seemed like a courageous (and dangerous) choice, but it completely paid off.At our server Ashley's recommendation I also tried the bacon and I HIGHLY recommend that you do too. Ashley was great -- attentive, personable, knowledgeable and timely. A great server always makes a dining experience even better.
We were just passing through this area and googled local restaurants to grab a bite to eat. We found Samantha’s and the pics of the food looked amazing so we decided to give it a whirl! Our server Ashley was super sweet and very attentive, and the food was phenomenal!! They were super slammed on a Sunday so good took a little while to get to the table but it was totally worth the wait! We will definitely be back!
Met my husband there since I had jury duty. We got there at 11:50am. At first everything seemed nice. But it took a while to place our order. Then our server disappeared and the food never came. I finally asked someone about our order. At 12:35 we were told it would be about 5 minutes more. Since I had to get back to the courthouse before 1 we had to just cancel the order. The server said we should have told them we had a time crunch. Well, it seems to me that most of the lunch patrons work downtown and are all on an hour lunch. So, please don't make this our fault. So I went back to the courthouse after only having a Cliff Bar for breakfast and water to drink. I can safely say that we will never go back.
First time in Canton and decided to come here for some breakfast. Usually a little sad when there’s not an all meat omlet on the menu but went ahead and created my own. Literally the best all meat omelette I’ve ever had! Wow the amount of meat they gave me was like I was eating in meat omelette heaven! Delicious hash browns, this will probably be my go to breakfast spot when I’m around the area! Service was good, very friendly staff and delicious hot cocoa!
Place is awesome atmospheric and foodwise! Everyone working was very helpful and accommodating, esp w/ my 5yr old!
Great food get more than enough to eat. Staff is friendly. A welcoming atmosphere.
We have been going to Samantha’s almost every weekend for breakfast. The wait staff and food is wonderful. However, we spoke to Heidi in person regarding a rehearsal dinner AND a wedding brunch for the following morning and were given pricing, and sent several emails for the pricing of the food. We kept asking for a contract to sign to book the events and finally several months later she returns with a response of “ oh sorry, those prices are incorrect and we were busy…” now
NO PRIVATE EVENTS AT RAES - The waitresses, cooks, hostesses, bartenders are the best to interact with and fantastic at their jobs. However, the owner, Heidi, is extremely unprofessional, and does not treat customers with respect. Attempted to host a private event and we waited over four months with still no paperwork, were spoken down to the entire time, would not answer any calls/texts/emails, and then she upped the original pricing by 200%, no longer honoring her original word. As much as I love to support local businesses and appreciate the everyday workers of Samantha’s, I will no longer support Heidi and will no longer be a loyal customer.

We walked in and a lady at the bar said, "wow! What a great looking couple!" So this nana and pap pap were already in fine spirits as we were quickly led to a hightop table. I had a spicy bloody Mary which was very good. If you can't find something you like on the menu at Samantha's , something wrong witchoo. Seriously. I had the country fried steak & eggs and he had the California omelet - it was loaded with veggies and his side of fruit was fresh & sweet. My country fried steak, eggs plus hash browns with peppers and onions hit all the right notes. Left stuffed and satisfied. Coming back for the soup flights.
