We've been to this Red Robin many many times over the years and will continue to go to this Red Robin many many more times. Never really ever had a bad experience at this location. Tonight our service was great. Was seated immediately. Regan in the bar area was awesome. She was bartending and serving the whole area very efficiently. Food quality was excellent as usual. My constructive suggestions for management are uniforms, nametags and to focus on cleanliness. The general clean on closing leaves much to desire. Floor corners need some attention, deep clean floors, chairs and tables. The bottles in the bar area are pretty dusty. Even if you deep clean a section at a time, progress will make a difference. I also suggest before opening have someone spray down or wet outside and sweep away the goose poop. Your entrance is where the impression starts and ends with your guests. Otherwise, overall great job and glad to see you are getting busy again!
just had the worst service . at this place and it slow in here , their no waiting but I am waiting on my fries and I had I had to. get my own napkins and forks so my wife and I could eat
Terrible experience. First of all the order was 20 minutes past time the website said it would be done. When order arrived…Burger was burned and dry without the extra toppings that we paid for. Onion rings were awful and fries were cold. Both taste like old grease. Very gross. We won’t be back. We used to love RR but you’ve fallen apart.
Red Robin has been a favorite burger stop for our family for years. The menu, however, is shrinking and a lot of our favorite burgers have disappeared. The quality has declined, probably due to money-saving measures which most restaurants eventually succumb to where quality beef is swapped out for a lower grade.On this particular visit, we were quoted a 50 minute wait (party of 8) and were seated in 25 minutes. Once seated, we had to turn our flashlights on to read the menus because all of the lights above our table were burnt out. In fact, as we looked around the restaurant, there were several tables in the dark. When we asked our server about it, he responded that they had been out since he was hired. I joked that I could probably run across the parking lot to Lowes and have them replaced before my burger arrived. When our food arrived, it was cold, so we asked for a refill of fries right away. They arrived hot, but undercooked. Overall, the food was adequate, the service was adequate, the facility was sub-par. Management may not be able to control supply chain or labor issues, but should do more to maintain the facility.
Busy location, gave us a wait time of 45 minutes but more like 30. The table we sat at was dark and the tabletop (trivia/game/pay) console didn’t work.Food tasted better than it looked, burger was great, however everyone at the table added more seasoning to fries.
Ordered online, got in the car to go pick it up and car wouldn't move. Management was quick and pleasant to refund my money. As for the food, always delicious. Last time we ate in though the waitress was a joke. No recipe on drinks or fries after asking endlessly, and when she finally did bring us fries there were two baskets of about six fries for a table of five people. Didn't matter, they were brought with the check as we were leaving.
Tim was absolutely amazing. The kitchen staff and waiters were definitely on the same page. We were seated right away, waiter arrived seconds later, took our drink and appetizer order, asked us about our day and got to know us, and within minutes (2-3minutes to be exact) our drinks came. 3 minutes later so did our appetizers. The drinks and apps were so fresh, hot, and delicious. Our orders were coming out so fast, I was worried I wouldn’t have time to finish my apps before the main course came ? They had it handled though. I waited about 3-5 minutes after finishing before the main course came out. My husband and I absolutely loved our dishes and especially the service. Kitchen staff and waiters were on point. We spent what could’ve been an hour, but instead 20 minutes to be seated and to wrap up eating. We made sure to let the manager know to give the kitchen staff and waiters a raise. As we headed out, we gave a big “THANK YOU” to the kitchen staff. Red Robin, whatever you’re doing, keep it up. Y’all understood the assignment ? ? ?
I usually eat here all the time with little to no issues nice staff and food and everything. But between this morning and last night (since I ate there at about around 8-9pm) I've been bloated, nauseous and vomited about 4 times. At first I thought these were just symptoms of my menstrual cycle but I've never vomited on my period. I've been nauseous sure, but tums usually fixed that. It didn't this time. Then the last time I vomited my vomit was green. I've never had that so I looked it up and the first thing that came up was food poisoning. And then I knew it was because even my mom suggested "Could you have food poisoning?" When she saw me throwing up at 4 in the morning. They were packed last night so some things may have been over looked. Just a reminder to red Robin's and just all food establishments, those rules and protocols are there for a reason!
Five star because the food was very good and our server was excellent. Even like the atmosphere. Very much enjoyed the burgers, fries and chips, excellent drinks. Did seem to be under staffed and had extended wait time for a table even though the restaurant was only about half full. This was on a Monday so they may have expected a slow night. It's a shame because they could have increased business by about 30%. Those who were working were very rushed but still pleasant and attentive. Just need better staffing.
One of our favorite places until yesterday. Seen our server to order. Had to stop her for refills then never saw her again even when the food came out. Asked for a little pink and they came out browned on outside and raw inside. Asked another server to see manager. Manager came out and didn't even introduce herself. Took or food off bill and still didn't fix the problem. She disappeared too after getting us refills. We didn't want our food free we wanted the issue to be known and maybe get help for the server. Would be less stars but we have had pleasant experiences other times.
