My Daughter and Grandkids sentme a gift for Red Lobster for mybirthday; So I invited my Good friendto go with me for lunch. After wearrived, we were promptly greetedand were seated in a comfortablebooth. We each had one of theirSignature drinks..hers was aSangria...I had a tropical rum punch,both weredelicious.I ordered the LobsterLovers Dream with a Caesar saladand broccoli with cheese sauce,the cheese sauce was extra.My friend had fish n chips withtwo sides.The muffins they servedare fresh,warm and delicious.I gladly shared my Lobster with her.I had plenty.We took two boxes home.The food and service was excellentI was given a free dessert for mybirthday. I would rate our experienceas excellent. It Truly was both enjoyableand memorable for each of us.To me, sharing a delicious meal witha Dear friend is what life is All about.Sharing simple pleasures...Cherishis the word.Would recommend..Red Lobster.

Horrible and disappointing. I usually eat local and try to avoid chain restaurants but Red Lobster use to be a decent place to get seafood. At the door there were empty beer cans in the parking lot. That was not a good start. The appetizer was fine but we had to wait on the biscuits. When they brought them out it was like they took them out too soon to get them out to us. They were not fully cooked. I got the lobster stuffed flounder. They use to have great brown wild rice, this came with plain white rice that was like glue and must have been sitting there all day. My stuffed flounder was a plate of mush. My husbands food was not much better. Same rice. It is obvious everything they make is just frozen seafood and nothing is fresh. I would expect much much more when dropping $100 on dinner. I ate maybe four bites and pushed it away. What a waste of money. The only thing that was good was the salad which is pretty hard to mess up. Too bad I have to give at least one star

Had all you can eat shrimp feast.. was good all food hot when came out and when asked for more was a little long to get. We reordered as soon as our main dish came out still took over 15min to get 2nd serving. Wait staff is great here. Love cheddar biscuits we asked for 2nds but never got them was told in oven soon as they come out we get some but we saw other tables getting and biscuits only 10 min to bake..we was there an hour..????

Very nice staff. They have gotten a bit more expensive since my last time being here a couple years ago. I got their 1 lb snow crab (typical thing i would get). The only reason it was not a 5 star experience was that a couple of the crab legs were different, being mushy and tasting bad. I am guessing thise 2 legs were old or were not cooked like the rest of the crab. It was mushy and not firm indicating they were old or had parially defrosted and refrozen during transport. I would guess it was more likely the shiping/transport because my father had the same issue with 2 of his legs as well.

I took my mom out for dinner for her birthday and it was the best I do have to say I had a wonderful steak, crab legs lobster tails biscuits everything was wonderful and when it came to the end of the night they wish my mother a happy birthday with a nice surprise so thank you so much Red lobster you're awesome.

Found mold on cheese in salad. Server showed manager. Server did his job and we had very good service the whole way from him. Food was good.My issue is with the manager. Never came to the table "Ever" to try to make us feel better about the fact that we ate mold. Even after I told the server I didnt want a discount. This post is not about looking for free food.It's about the manager who couldn't care less that we had a bad experience.I'm hoping the owner sees this and questions his employee. 2/26/22 around 5-5:30I even expressed my unhappiness to server about his manager well before we left. Manager had ample time to try to stop by. Pretty poor customer service.I have a Pic of the moldy cheese if I can figure out how to add to post I will. If the owner wants i will gladly get it to him.Your server represented you well. Make him the manager.

Fantastic meal and great service.I haven't been to a Red lobster for years and it was wonderful being able to be there with my wife to enjoy such a great meal

I love red lobster I've been going to them for years my favorites are number 1 shrimp scampi, lobster tail, crab legs I usually get a $50 gift card from my family every year for Christmas and I save it and use it for shrimp fest which my wife gives me a hard time because I wait and wont use it until then .but to my point on December 6 2021 I met my sister in law and brother in law for lunch we were seated immediately we weren't waited on for at least 10 minutes until Angela came over and apologized over and over for us having to wait there was a mix up about the table's she said for some reason there was no one assigned to this one table and again apologized for us waiting from that moment on until we left she waited on us if you want my vote for a kind and good waitress for employee of the month i recommend Janet and my food was excellent. things happen sometimes its life

We love, love, love the Red Lobster at Belden Village in Jackson Two. We always try to sit in the bar area, because the bartender is an awesome waiter! The food & service was awesome as per normal..we will be back again in the new year!?
