I randomly stop by rallys. Never had an issue aside from wait times which Im not concerned with. Food is always great. But last night I could have snatched that little girl out through the window and instilled some manners into her. I thanked her multiple times and everytime she just stood there and stared at me not saying a word. I'm not a rude a customer even when mistakes are made because nobody's perfect and restaraunt life is not wonderful. However some manners and professionalism from employees would be great! If I go through again and she has that same attitude I'm going to be just as ruthless to her.
I have never got any hot food from them ,not even warm! I took my food back to complain and I still didn't get a warm cheeseburger! I would like to at least have my cheese melted on my burger, I have tried three different times!!! I will never be back!!
My visit was splendid the food was fresh and good. My cashier person was lovely. They didn't even get rude because I was being blonde. Nice ppl great food and service Deff was worth getting lost leaving there?
Order a double sea food fish sandwich. I smashed it. It taste ok cause I was hungry. 4 minutes later I vomit the fish sandwich up and out... It takes some serious level of bacteria food poisonCross contamination to make my rock gut unsettling
Well, I went through the drive-thru and I accidentally forgot to order a burger so when I got up to the window and asked if I could add it. The man was rude! He sounded really put off and said: well, no we can't do that, you have to order at the speaker then, said I will do it this ONE time but, not again... He made me feel stupid and I didn't appreciate it but, I remained calm and friendly. That was my first time there in 2 years. I won't be back for a while...

The worst fast food experience I've ever had. Sad, because I love this place. Took 16 minutes to get food. No other cars in line, food was ice cold, forgot the fries, and the only thing that was warm tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp and then dipped back in a fryer.
We ordered combo meals and they were supposed to have came with french fries since it was a combo meal is what we were under the impression of when we were ordering our food. As the pricing of the combo meals were high enough that they certainly seem as if they are supposed to come with fries and that is what the person taking our order made it seem as so as well. When we asked where our fried were the employee didn't handle the situation well and didn't give us our fries or the receipt and instead of arguing, we just left dissatisfied due to our let down of not getting the fries that we were looking forward to as we were ordering the food. So because of that I rate them today with only one star since I'm very upset that I do not have the fries that I was definitely looking forward to having. I won't let this define my whole day though and I will still keep going to Rally's, however I hope that next time I am a customer there I receive my French fries with my combo meal of my choosing...
