If I could put 0 I would’ve, ordered a pizza with banana peppers, got one with pineapple and my sister is HIGHLY allergic and pregnant. When we called to discuss the error, they stated, “ we are a franchise store and the online orders are corporate so anything we get that comes through is sold as is” then proceeded to start cussing us out and said there was no way to fix it, I HIGHLY recommend not eating ANY food from this establishment, ESPECIALLY with allergies. Point blank, YOU WILL DIE
Today,after a year of ordering from this location it finally happened. They messed up my order.I'm changing my rating from a 4 to 5 star, because they also quickly replaced the questionable items. Stuff goes wrong, but it isn't always handled so well when it does.Thank you to the staff tonight.Also,thanks to the delivery driver, who was kind enough to explain they were short staffed... ain't we all these days.. nice of him to cover for the team, instead of throw them under the bus,so to speak.
Tried the pizza again after last time and was skeptical cause had bad review up this time it’s was awesome and I still saying one of best pizza places around. Will continue business with them
My pizza tasted like the cologne that the delivery guy was wearing. I tried calling the store to let them know, however, no one answered. Called multiple times.
Very good pizza, hadn't had it in quite a while...it was hot and cooked to perfection, well done guys!!
Not having a 3rd party driver deliver our food, not even asking if it was ok. It wasn't i dont use 3rd party delivery drivers. The pizza was dry and bearly edible, the chicken was dried out. Its going to be a while before i will order pizza hut again
I haven't ordered pizza in a long time and I just got my pizza after spending 40$ with tip I open my pizza box and there is literally no toppings on my pizza the cheese wasn't even covering it. It wasn't hot or even warm it was cold. And the bread sticks were soggy and drenched in garlic butter. Highly disappointed with pizza hut tonight.
Our food was delivered hot and exactly the way we ordered it and the delivery driver was very courteous and friendly.
The Cinnabon treats were nothing like what the ads show they were extremely small and looked like they were thrown in the microwave and were nearly raw. The pizza was fine but the Cinnabon treats were so bad they brought down the entire experience.
Used curbside pickup. Upon arrival I called in to notify them I was waiting. 20 minutes later I called again and was told we are busy and will get to you soon. 7 minutes later my order was brought out. So much for 15 minute wait time when I placed the order. From order to pick up it took 42 minutes to get an almost cold pizza. Thanks.
