Usually pretty good but way too much sauce. I ordered crispy chicken seems like they split one crispy chicken into two orders, (not a fact just a good comparison) ate abojt 2 pieces in my large bowl. Had to stay over at work and only had a 30 min break so i grabbed it and left but then got it work and opened my food. I’ll definitely be coming back but I am a little upset with this
I normally don't leave reviews, or I leave good ones as those are few and far between. However, I was disappointed in my visit to Piada yesterday, and hope this improves so I can continue to come here. We did enjoy the food, but finding a clean table to sit at was impossible. I ended up cleaning one of the food- covered, sticky tables myself so my daughter and I could eat. I could almost understand this if they were slammed, and with today's climate of short staffing. However, there was one other couple there and us. No one else came in to order during the time we were there. So basically, plenty of time for a staff member to come out and clean tables. Instead, they laughed and talked loudly at the counter and in the back. I was young once, but always made sure my work was caught up before I messed around. Not only is a dirty dining room gross in and of itself, but it is unacceptable while we are still amidst Covid society. Would love to return, but my standards for cleanliness are much higher than this.
Came in on a hot day and Ordered blackberry hibiscus lemonade. They served it to me with practically no ice and it was warm. When I returned the girl went into the back out of view. Then came back with my drink and asked me “how is it” with a strange look before I even took a sip. I’m pretty sure they put more than ice in my drink. Did not consume. And I won’t return to this bigoted store.
For the last few months this place has turned to garbage. This is the third time I’ve had incorrect or cold food. This time even the ingredients advertised did not appear - just lettuce! Shown below. Sad that something that was good has turned to junk.
Over the course of several months this place went from amazing to garbage. For the third time, the meal was cold and half done. This time the "side salad" as advertised had no items, just romaine lettuce. Sad that something that was so good is now garbage.
Finally went and wish I had gone sooner!! If you keep driving by, stop!! I had the Avocado Piada with grilled chicken and the pepperoni stick. Both were delicious. The Piada team was very welcoming and friendly! What a great place!
Whoever is managing Piada at this time (April 2022) is doing an absolutely terrible job. The dining room was so dirty. Nothing was stocked in the disposables area. The staff didn’t even look up when they were talking to us and continued to have their own personal conversations with fellow employees. They were completely unprofessional. Not to mention they have messed up our order multiple times. Sad, cause it used to be a great place!
If you like Italian food as we do then definitely give them a try! Food is awesome with big portions. The staff is super friendly and the service was first class!!!
Just waited 25 min for a power bowl with salmon. Totally unacceptable. And its not for lack of help or staffing. Complete and total incompetence. Never again. There's too many other dining options that actually have decent service
great food would definitely recommend and the Italian peach tea was phenomenal loved it
