Watched management treat some colored people really disrespectful. I watch how they spoke to all us Caucasians and not even acknowledge the colored folks. I had my hubby hand me a phone to do this review. I was very upset for the table. Over hearing staff say none off them wanted to serve the black people ?, wow guess America is great huh.
First thing in the door we were greeted by Pete himself. He and every working is friendly they got seated and order taken. When the food came out wow hot and quick. I got the gyro dinner and my mom got Philly sandwich. Everything was so good they got busy since it was lunch time but they really were moving and everyone helped out to keep the flow going. Great first time experience. I will definitely be going back. all these years and finally found a diamond in the rough.
I went to Pete's with my best friend. Th food was good , service was very good also. I no longer carry cash on me. I tip well for being a waitress in school. I went to pay using my pay Pay card, paid for both meals. I thought my best friend had the tip. Long story short, I ended up paying for both meal's twice. lunch cost $69.64. My money was supposed to be put on my pay pal card,, that did not happen. so for a cup of soup and a sandwich, I was over charged. I will never got back. The Man running the register is not trustworthy.
Not busy when my husband and I were there, yet our server walked by us at least 5-6 times without even acknowledging us. We waited about 5-10 min to be waited on. The food was hot but mediocre. I ordered the chicken pot pie which had a great flavor but very little to no chicken. The crust is no longer a pie crust but more like a bread/ biscuit topping which was over baked and I didn’t care for at all. Disappointing! We’ll be back but will be sticking to the breakfasts.
Pete is a great guy. His restaurant serves good food in a friendly environment at a reasonable cost!
Horrible hospitality, disrespectful mannered women and a extremely rude short guy in a blue shirt representing the restaurant name “wow” once I got my food that was take out I went to my sisters who’s whole idea this was and who just loves their food,we found dry food no salt pepper meat was not noticeable on German potatoes, unbelievable how some people just throw your food together, my eggs was folded up?why? I always try and eat at small ma and pop places but I don’t know anymore now that this is happening,my tip to them is get some new help these folks are washed up and show it.
Great food and staff! Pete always stops by your table and sees if all is well, then chats a bit with you.Highly recommend this restaurant

We really enjoy going to Pete’s, it’s one of our favorite places! The last experience we had was good as usual, until the very end. Our 11 month old left a decent mess under the high chair. We apologized for the mess and planned on giving a very considerable tip to help make up for the extra cleaning. I’m not sure who it was but one of the servers wasn’t happy about the mess and made a comment to the customers who were sitting behind us and my husband over heard it. Something about not being “good Americans” Next time we come if we bring our baby I will clean the floor myself to avoid any inconvenience. I’m sure we will be back, but maybe next time we will leave the baby at home. We’re sorry he made a mess.
Ate here for lunch ,food we good prices were in line with the family eatery.
