If I could give them a negative, I would. I actually tried to call the Canton Health Dept yesterday to report them; The woman handling my food told the girl making lemonade that she thought her nail fell off, she had open flesh wounds all over her arms, long fake fingernails and she wasn’t wearing any gloves while handling my food. A mask, I could care less about. But use some gloves and bandage up your open freaking cuts. I left the food in the car all night. I just went out to get so I could give it to my dog so would take her medicines. I felt a little guilty…
After the grubhub driver picked up the order, they cancelled it. GrubHub was no help but the store went above and beyond to make sure I got my order!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
I would give this a 4.45 but my options are limited. I like this place a lot but it seems their quality of food is going downhill. The sandwiches were dripping as if they were just thrown straight from the fryer and the fries tasted like old oil..normally good food and service but recently not so much. One woman was coughing over the grill soon after we got our food, luckily we didn't get sick, had my mask on and watched for handwriting. They do not wear their masks while cooking. If they are vaccinated..idk but that doesn't stop them from spreading illnesses.
Staff was extremely rude. Not one person had gloves on and the tables were all greasy. The fries were burnt, the lemonade was watery, and the chicken Teriyaki sub was super salty and missing half the ingredients. Last time I came here it was awesome, this time it was super disappointing, especially for their prices. I will not be coming back.
