On Fri evening I ordered a pizza early 4pm so there would be no rush. The person who answered the phone seemed to not understand English. I Ordered a medium supreme pizza (was told I could not get thick crust). It was delivered very fast—but not cooked all the way thru. The crust was so thin I couldn’t pick a piece up without all the toppings falling off. The crust was paper thin. I baked it more the next night and it didn’t help. I ordered extra pepperoni and didn’t get that. The crust was stuffed with cheese which I don’t like. Maybe if the person taking my order didn’t have screaming kids running around they could get the order right!!!
Service is absolutely abysmal. They messed up my order and I can’t even get it fixed despite calling repeatedly because they don’t answer the phone. Absolutely insane how you can be so incompetent in every possible area that could possibly provide satisfaction. I’ve resorted to writing a review and contacting corporate, since they can’t even pick up a phone properly.
They were great! Order I made was my mistake..and they made it right with no problems! Great customer service!
Ordered a pizza last night for son who loves papa johns...Xl double cheese...got it home definitely not extra cheese and there were air pockets in every piece...he was so upset...and we are recovering from illness and just no energy to fight...just very disappointed...
Couldn't get them to answer the phone,I had to go there to order it and was not good pizza.
Called. Asked if they were open and taking orders. Was told yes. Placed my order and told 30 to 40 mins. An hour and 15 mins later called back for them to tell me my order was cancelled. I never canceled it which means they didn't want to make it and just decided to cancel the order themselves. Order here a lot but most likely lost me as a customer
I like the pizza, but everything I try to order on line I am told nit taking orders. WHY???? I guess you do not want my business
Veggie pizza had a hard crust that was burnt on the edges.
My pizza was not handle with care and was burnt on the crust which made it hard for my son to eat it.
Add the sausage and pepperoni very good plenty of meat
