Note to ownership: The drivethrough at this location is unusable. The speaker is not always manned, and no one starts making your order until you get to the window and can see them slowly doing it. Thinking I could do better going in, there is often NO one at the front counter. Want to know why? Some chick (perhaps an employee?) brings her child every day, and sits it up (think diaperbutt) on the passthrough counter where food gets put when it's ready. Everyone's back there conversing with this mama instead of paying attention to CUSTOMERS. Please fix this.Oh - and have the stoppers for the hole in the lid available for self-serve customers. A lady was asking for one and the nearsighted mouth-breathing female at the front said "we don't have those". Yes, you do.
I have given this location several chances and every time it is consistently worse. The drive-thru is always slow (today we did not move one car up for 13 minutes. The staff are not trained properly and consistently rude and annoyed. Today was no exception...the young lady taking my order was rude and put out when I asked her a question while giving my order - she was blatantly sighing loud enough for me to hear. When I finished giving her my order of a quart of soup and 1 sandwich and she said it was $30 - I decided I was done with Panera. Such shame, because this used to be one of the best options available for quick meals.
Tried it for the first time today. It was amazing!! The food was delicious and I used the dine in order ahead in the app, and as soon as I got there my food was ready.
Understand price increase but the menu should represent the actual cost? Talked to employee and manager neither seem to care and were very rude!
It’s been awhile since I’ve eaten at Panera’s because they just couldn’t seem to get my To Go order right. Decided to try it again tonight….ordered a large Asian Chicken Salad with double chicken, which you pay a premium for. I got my large salad and the only thing that was double was the amount of won tons they put on the salad…6 VERY thinly sliced small pieces of chicken….6……. I’m done. I’m so sick and tired of restaurants not appreciating the business I give them by providing what I order. Want me to rate my experience, Panera?? 1. So do you care? I seriously doubt you’ll even notice this. I’m out.
Christina who work today back in the kitchen made my sandwiches and let me tell you she was quick and very professional I enjoyed talking to her as well as checking out her heart-shaped butt she fills in her pants very well!! LOL...... If I could have given more stars, I would have for Christina.
Staff was rude and lazy. Asked for a salad dressing that was forgotten from my order and the employee responded with “i don’t know where it is” as if that’s an acceptable response. Then acted aggressive when i pointed out the poor response. Asked for management and management said they witnessed the act and i should be happy she went and found it eventually. Fourth issue with this location. Won’t go back and i was a weekly Panera customer.
Extremely rude employees. Came in an hour before close and ordered a single bowl of soup and a fountain drink. The man at the counter forgot my drink and when I proceeded to ask for it, he huffed and rolled his eyes. As I went to grab my soup from the window, three employees stood there and stared me down and did not say a single word to me as I picked my bag up and walked away. As I proceeded to walk out, the floors and counters were a mess. The place looked like a tornado has came and went 10/10 do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated like an inconvenience, be in a messy environment, and have cold soup. Highly disappointed in the service I had received and will not be coming back.
Ordered a full sized apple salad and got what seemed half sized. On top of that they put olives on it. Gross.
I like Panera bread. It's been my favorite place since I discovered it for the first time. However, in canton and north canton area and around "including this branch" Panera is usually not a happy place to go to. They either in shortage of staff so they don't have dine in, or they are short of food items. I still like Panera generally though, Panera holds a lot of place for me (: !!
