Server need to slow down an do her job right an pay more attention on what she doing an who's bill she's cashing out an what card she sliding for someone else bill giving people back there debt card an not just the receipt an worried about grabbing something off another table an making the customer Ask for there card back.Very unprofessional manner
waiting staff was excellent and good spirited.
We visit The Nuthouse weekly. Breakfast is our go to choice. We have never had a bad meal. Staff is fantastic and helpful if you need a suggestion.
My wife and I have a love/hate relationship with this restaurant. Most visits we order the beer battered fish with sides that we enjoy. It's busy at lunch time and it's apparent that certain groups call in and order and have their food placed on the table waiting for them. That's ok. However, on 2 visits when my wife and I were waiting for service, the waitresses took the order of another table before ours'. Both times, these groups came in at least 5 minutes after we were seated. Both times the men appeared as though they were on lunch break but guess what....so were we! IMHO, catering to regulars and ignoring customers you personally don't know can come back to haunt you. If or when this happens a third time, we won't return. BTW, we know the owner's dad. Doesn't matter, poor service is poor service.
