Stopped here a few times on the way home from work. Stopped tonight, ordered a Philly sub. Took well over an hour before we mentioned anything about our food. We were told it would be another 5-6 minutes. Waited 10 more minutes still no food. So well over an hr wait time and still no food. Bartenders had a nasty attitude when we asked about our food order. Would give 0 starts if possible. I understand everyone makes mistakes but we really did not appreciate the attitude we were given when we simply asked about our food.
My wife's steak was dry and she didn't eat it. However my cowboy burger was excellent and large enough for us to share. I've had several sandwiches and they gave all been pretty good the bread here is AMAZING not store bought this must come from a bakery somewhere. But I would just avoid the steak even though it is priced very reasonably.
I highly recommend their steak on Saturday! Huge and done right. Staff is great and the entertainment was spot on. Get the fishbowl drink to get a lot to drink for less money!!
Always a great time at Nathan's! The owners are kind, and the staff is very attentive for the most part. Some of the staff leaves something to be desired, but it's overall a satisfying visit each time I go. Their trivia night is great! The food is great for a good price! I do wish they could do something about the patio getting so crowded. One night, they had a live band inside (which was amazing!), but there was a line through the restaurant to get to the patio outside. When it's busy, it does take quite a while to get food, and some staff is not very attentive of patrons. However, this will ALWAYS be my go to place for a good time with good people!
12/21 revising prior review - Owners/staff have ami jukebox and repeatedly canceled any song they didn't like wasting patrons money. No respect for paying customers. Food average american fare at average prices, will go elsewhere in the future.
I was at first super thrilled they had a kitchen open late. We have eaten here before and the food is decent. When we eat we like to listen to music and so my husband played some songs on the ami jukebox. He paid extra to have a few songs priority play so that I could enjoy them before we left. The first two songs played fine, the third song played for 30 seconds before something cut it out and a song (not one of ours) came on. The only way this can be done according to ami directly is if an owner or staff with login credentials manually -skips- it. It doesn't bump it down in the queue it stops it from playing and never comes back. This means the money i paid to hear this song is gone. After the 2nd time someone skipped my paid for song we left. We will not be back. An owner who doesn't respect his patrons isn't someone we want to support. I guess we should have read all the (real) reviews instead of the two word 5 star reviews and 5 stars left by people in other countries (those are reviews you pay someone to leave btw not actually real reviews. To try to balance out all the legit 1 stars left).

Alot of young kids on the back patio drinking and drunk ,sure not old enough !!! Band inside was good a little loud,but ok .Food decent priced and fairly good ,will return
My new FAVORITE place. Strawberry Fizz is the bomb! Best chicken tenders, great burgers, awesome fries & the onion rings rock!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Great food, good selection of Beer. Burgers where cooked right an hot.No complaints. Prices are great too, highly recommend this place for food or a drink.
