If I could give less then one star I would. Don't know how they take your order when they can't speak the same language you are talking in. The order we received was incredibly wrong the only thing right was the large cheese cup we ordered. We are extremely dissatisfied & do not plan on returning.
My friend had a hair in his burger. But mine was fine. And the staff are very friendly.
Friendly owners. Not big on fast food but these sandwiches were solid. I not be so quick to overlook this place again.
My cheese steak order was wrong. But they charged me less money than they should have so...ok. listening to the counter woman and the cook argue at the top of their lungs in a foreign language for 15 minutes while trying to eat absolutely ruined my entire experience. Nothing like a continuous stream of anger and stife to kill an experience!
Had a couple bad experiences here, staff is regularly rude. Most recently spent 20 minutes waiting for a cheese steak with no other people in line. Went to refill my soda on the way out and the chick has the stones to tell me refills aren't to-go. And I'm pretty sure they didn't even give me the double meat they charged me for. Go to the one on Tusc.
Really good food taste great real nice people working there
You have to take out a small equity loan on your house to pay for a meal but the food is always hot and delicious.
