Just left McDonald's actually i ordered 2 sausage McMuffins ad Canadian bacon got home no sausage on the sandwich so went back Manager was super sweet explained the lady on back line was new I said okay no problem she told her to remake new ones of course she looked irritated right away and blamed whoever rang it up saying it was wrong ...hmmm ok so I said no it said it on my receipt and on the sandwich which had the paper stuck to them with the ad Canadian bacon she got an attitude and said no sweet pea she rang up wrong and told the manager I was rude manager told her I was being rude if you got new employees acting like that that's ashame I won't be back
went to McDonald's today through the drive-thru ordered two sausage McMuffins add Canadian bacon got home no sausage on the sandwiches went back walked in let the manager know the manager was really sweet and explain to me that the girl working the back line is new that's fine takes time to learn she told the girl on the back line that she made it wrong she got a attitude immediately and blame the drive-thru worker saying it was rang up wrong I said no it says on the paper on the sandwiches and my receipt that I have sausage McMuffin add Canadian bacon she goes no it didn't sweet pea it says substitute so here I am I'm posting a copy of my receipt for today that clearly states ad Canadian bacon not substitute I don't like being treated like I'm lying I'm glad you guys hire people that loves to give customers attitudes
I'm not one to leave bad reviews especially since I know how hard it is in the food industry but honestly this place has continuously gotten worse. Recently I ordered delivery through doordash two different times. The first time everything was overcooked, dry, and they forgot my drink. The second time I got the two cheeseburger meal no pickles or onions and extra ketchup and mustard. There was pickles on one sandwich and onions on the other. Oh and there was barely ketchup and mustard on either.Lastly me and my family came through the drive thru 2 days ago. We had to wait for the fries which we were actually okay with. The problem is, our fries were hot since they were fresh but the sandwiches were cold. All in all the quality has steadily gotten worse and hopefully it will get better.
I can see why 3 stars. The management here is fantastic but, the crew seems like a joke. ESPECIALLY THE KITCHEN! No smiles except from the guy in charge. Give your managers raises cause the crew don't deserve their worth.
I got the wrong order and when I got the right one my chicken sandwich looked like a raisin sandwich, completely overdone and waited too long to get a quick bite. Maybe they need to do less smoking outside yapping and more working catching up with the short drive-thru line already was. I come from a college town where McDonald’s is constantly busy 24/7 it is 100 times more efficient than this one. Do better!
I’ve had constant issues with this McDonalds and I’m done with it. Do yourself a favor and go to a different one.This time they gave us someone else’s order, which not the first time this has happened at this McDonald’s. When they remade our food it was not made correctly; no cheese on my cheese burger. Yes you read that correctly no cheese on a cheese burger. The burger paddies were burnt and my wife’s sandwich was burnt as well.I have issues about every other time I come here, last time I came I was told they’re making nuggets only.Do yourself a favor, go to a different McDonald’s.
Very slow. Most folks rude. One young lady who makes my coffee is very polite. She is great with me. Don't know her name but she is the only one who doesn't seem to have an attitude.
I stopped only to use the restroom. The restroom was very clean. I also noticed a feature I have not seen before. The door to the restroom & the doors to the outside had a fiit oad to use to open the door with your foot without touching anything else. Covid sanitation taken the extra mile.
Be nice when someone orders a Mc rib sandwich through the drive-through if you would put napkins in the bag!!!!!
11.15.21 @146pm - (drivethru) meh. The person who took my order was ok. She wasnt rude, so thats good.The food was ready before i got to the second window, (awesome).The milkshake wasnt. It was accidently made wrong. the woman making the shake said “she didnt tell me that”) im sure referring to the woman in the booth, because i told whoever the order taker was.Now, i told the woman handing me the food that the (chocolate) shake looked light. I asked was it flavorful. She shrugged her shoulders saying she didnt know. Ok. I told her it was to be without whip cream. She offered to remake it. I asked did the shakes nrmally look that way, and both ladies said yes. I declined the remake because if they normally look like that, then what the heck is remaking it (whether you change the shake mix and the chocolate, or not) gon do?! NOTHING! Right. So i asked for an orange drink instead. They made that. So, all good (for the most part.Ooooh but then i sat that and when the lady re opened the window, i asked, do you need the receipt for the difference from the shake back to the orange drink. She said no. So i sat there waiting for the money back. Little did i know, they wasnt planning on giving me the money back. ? the woman (who by the way was a manager/supervisor) said rudely, “well i offered to remake the shake.”I just let her think whatever she was thinking was right cause lord knows i could have made her feel as big as a tic by how quick my response would have been.
