I ordered a #7 medium with a coke and asked very clearly to make everything fresh. I got to the window (I was the ONLY person in drive thru) and waited 5 mins b4 being greeted, so I figured everything was being made fresh....NOPE! He handed me the food with my change (no receipt) so while he's making my drink (should've been 1st) I checked out my food. Fries are cold and soggy and the carton was half full, the burger's heals were hard as bricks as well. The cheese wasn't even starting to melt which shows me that the meat wasn't cooked either! (Side note, I used to manage a McDonald's so I know the procedures) So I tell the guy at the window and he lies saying that everything was fresh! Needless to say I got a full refund and after filming all of this I will be talking to the STORE manager tomorrow to have that night manager reprimanded for lying and being rude right off the gate once I called out his lie. McDonald's is going down hill.*update*The store manager was notified and given the video. He offered an apology along with some goods. I hope that other manager was fully taken care of.
Let people know they'll be a wait for what they're ordering and they can change it so we don't have to wait.Always pull ahead and wait once you got the money.I think it's time to make you guys wait for oayment until I know if I have to wait.
Fast and hot.... Customer service was good.... Not to much I can complain about.
I think you guys have a very bad skunk problem by the back door, it’s every night we go thur that we smell it. Other than that they normally awnser the speaker within 3 minutes but the fries are hot.. most of the time ?
Every time I go there my order is wrong. You tell them you want fresh french fries you get cold ones you order something to drink with a lemon in it and they hand it to you and don't tell you oh we're out of lemon. They need to hire people who care about their job.
The workers don’t know how to get any order right there rude I payed 16$ for my meal and didn’t get all the stuff I order I only got 2 Burgers and when the lady opened the window she gave me the bag and slammed the window didn’t even get my drink wouldn’t recommend I will go to the Louisville one for here on out

Listing says open 24 hours, circled twice only to have an employee pop out the access door and start shouting that everything was updated and they open at 5. That's fine but don't be mad at me because your franchisee is sloppy
Drive thru was not good, they weren't sure about order. Asked for ketchup at window then when they brought out the order and ended up having to go inside to get my own. Didn't get napkins and it seemed like they don't care
I was the only customer at the restaurant or in the drive-through. At the order spot, some guy said, "hold on". I waited for about 10 minutes and then I pulled up to the next window, and the man glared at me and didn't say anything. Apparently the managers were off that night. If they want to know, it was about 2 AM early Friday morning on the 5th
