There service is ok and the food is always good ?

I went through the drive through and the speaker was garbled, I asked to have my order repeated to make sure they heard me. I specifically ask for two plain biscuits WITH butter, a hashbrown WITH ketchup and a bacon ,cheese biscuit with no egg. The cost was almost $9.00, my food was tossed out to me! When I got home NO butter, NO ketchup, NO napkins and it was cold. The food and service was sub par even by McDonald's standards

The cashier with the short brown hair was very rude and snotty to the customers. She gave wrong prices out, had an attitude, and messed up our orders. To add on to that it wasn't a busy day at all so there was no need for an attitude.I also need to add that the floors aree disgusting. Hopefully y'all make the rude girl clean them. I felt like I was on an ice skating rink because of show slippery and greesey it was.

Ok so first off let me say this I don’t even eat McDonald’s I came to this location to fulfil a doordash order the girl there was deliberately ignoring me to fulfil this order she had long blue hair. I recommend nobody go here at this time while she is there she needs fired. I went through the drive through 3x called the store I even got out of my car and knocked on the door my blood was boiling at this point and I had to cancel the order smh never again I won’t even stop there for a fountain drink

I went through the drive thru and got an order of sausage and biscuits and a has brown. There wasn't even enough gravy to wet the biscuits. That is rediculous. I paid $6.18 for something I couldn't even eat. That isn't the only time I have had problems. They don't give you what you order and I make sure I check the bag before I pull away now. Also, they shorted me $5.00 and the reason that happens is because they don't bother to count your change anymore. The trash cans are never empty and there is trash all over the parking lot. I will go other McDonald's from now on. You really need to look at how the business is being managed. I know you probably don't care, but I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and I treat myself once in a while.

I usually get decent service here I was there with my wife two weeks ago from this review. We were rushed at the Drive thru our my wife order was correct but mines was very wrong didn't realize it until I got to work and the never gave us a receipt so I couldn't prove anything only with my Banking info on my phone.

The food was pretty descent but service was a little slow and I thought to myself the reason why was because I had seen alot of what looked to me as alot of teenagers who were maybe fairly new and didn't know really what to do to help make things go faster

Girls at the window were incredibly rude. The first window for check out, the girl was nice and had confirmed that she was checking me out for my filet-o-fish meal with a coke. So I paid. Then I pull up and get handed a large sprite. I say "oh I'm sorry I ordered a coke" and the two girls at the window start to laugh and one of them says in a snarky voice "well I can't take it back now", rather than apologizing. Very rude and unprofessional. Hands me a coke with an attitude, and asks if I ordered a kids meal. I say no, and she immediately says "ok have a good day" and closes the window. I get her attention back and say "I ordered a filet meal, not just a drink" and the girls roll their eyes and hand me the bag, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Clearly these teen girls were too busy to be bothered to make sure I got the right meal (which is their job to do so...). Made me feel like an inconvenience just for wanting lunch. God forbid I interrupted their jokes and laughter.

Horrible seemed to have waited 20-30 mins only had a few cars ahead of me so not sure what's going on. Also my drink had no ice and the Fry's were cold

Ordered a brown's dinner box. Live right down the street, food is usually still warm. Tonight the food was ice cold, you could knock on the bread, fries ice cold. I took all the food back, asked the young man to give me fresh food. He started arguing with me that my food wasn't cold and he wasn't replacing it. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager which I doubt because he did not have customer service skill training!!!! He was horrible.
