I used to love this mcdonalds, its open 24/hrs, used to have good service, now its not even close to being an establishment I enjoy going to. I have gotten many rancid bbq packs, that have made me and others sick, some smelling so bad that we knew not to even touch them. and heres what really takes the cake- a female employee, not sure of her name, consistently lies about the drive thru codes out of pure laziness. she lies to customers faces straight up and says "your code needs to be put in after i take your order" but i know the system and have been to multiple other locations that do not do this. i have missed out on over 3000 points and havent been able to use my option for my free sandwich because the employees here are simply lazy and dont care about the people who come through. the cooks are good though, thats it.
can never get an order right but yet y'all want $17+/hr ?
I've been there a lot. Delicious. 10/10. Would recommend it. Dad would not, though, because he says the burgers have filling in them. The only problem is that out of all the burgers I had here, none of them had sesame seed buns on them, but that's no big deal.
ordered curbside on the app today took 20 minutes to get our food. order went through at 3:45pm and came to car at 4:05. Fries were cold and unsalted, special order sandwich still has the item we didn't want on it, and forgot one of our drinks which took another 5 minutes to bring out making our total wait 25 minutes!
Fry’s we’re fresh but too much salt, patty was dry forgot the cheese. Nice staff Definitely need new cooks.
Placed an order through the app card was charged then the people say I need to pay more. Refuse to give me my food or money back. Some guy comes front he back cussing and spits on me. Don't waste your time. Don't know what I expected from a fast food place. Corporate is a piece of trash. They send coupons because no refunds over the phone. You took my money admitted wrong and then give me a coupon. Police report filed. All corporate did was offer coupons
Third time I have been given raw food.. last time made me sick as ever. And I normally love them gues so need to find a new food. ???♀️
Every. Single. Time. My order is wrong, I keep giving this location the benefit of the doubt because it's close to my home, but I will no longer be frequenting this McDonald's. All these complaints about wanting $15/hr to work there.....you'll deserve it once you DO YOUR FREAKING JOB!
Ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget with a large coke light ice, what i received was 4 nuggets and a large Dr Pepper or something that was not Coke with lots of ice. I don’t understand how these employees that work at McDonald’s want a raise or $15 minimum but can’t count to six or take/make an order correctly! If I could give zero stars I would!
Don't go often but got excited about the return of the mcrib. It was a total let down. One pickel only a sliver of onion and a small amount of BBQ sauce. Maybe I have false memories of this being a good sandwich or maybe McDonald's just doesn't care.
