Came in to order food on my lunch break and a gentleman had been hired and he brought in two forms of ID he spoke with a manager. the whole time she was very loud and rude to him because she was unaware that he was coming in. Not only does she discuss his identification and personal info in front of us customers but she also told him he should have never come in and that she can't help him today she doesn't have time. He said he was doing what he was told she said I don't care I don't have time I have stuff to do. She told him to come in the next day and they exchanged words back and forth. The whole situation was awkward and very unprofessional to have in front of customers. then she ended up telling him he can go find a job somewhere else because he's not working there.Was ignored at the counter for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got a person to actually take my order they got my order wrong I ordered a 10-piece nugget and requested sauce when I got my order I did not have sauce or ketchup and my food was completely cold I didn't have time to go back because I needed to get back to work.
So I walk into the place and there is aKiosk to order food or the counter we’ll I had cash so I wanted to order at the counter no one greeted me also I asked a young lady next to me could I order at the counter she said yes as long as I wait patiently so I did a lady in a grey shirt witch I assume is the manager walks up to the counter and asked me am I waiting on food or need to order I stated “IM WAITING TO ORDER” she then walks away and a older man walks in and order I was so livid then I place my orde and state I worked as a waitress and fast food you should greet your customers as they come in the worker then proceeded to try to go whisper to the lady in the grey shirt while I was standing there seems to me she was a NEW WORKER AND HAD NO MANNERS very very very poor customer service
I walked into this restaurant with cash expecting to order at the counter I waited patiently was never greeted I waited a lil over 10 minutes for another person to walk in and order in front of me I was very livid I asked for a mc dobule no onions extra pickles I get extra onions regular pickles I’m allergic to onions so this is very poor on customer service and cleanliness
So I just left there and tell me why I asked for fresh fries when I get to the window the little bratty girl at the window hands me my bag I asked her are these fresh, she has the nerve to walk away and not come back to the window... I mean I didn't tell you to work at McDonald's so why you mad bo, be glad you got a job and don't have an attitude when someone asks you a question... get it together!!! For real the employees there are mad rude
Finally a good McDonald's restaurant. Service was fast and friendly. Looks very clean during lunch. Food was fresh and people actually acted like humans and not robots.Keep up the good work folks.
The wrost McDonald's i have ever been . The black Manager told me i have to pay extra when they mess up my order . What so bad . I pay for everything i own. Ii dont need a hand out. like she said . Im not giving free food away. Like i was in there to get free food. Stay away from this location. Please. Very rude.
Horrible service. Messed my order up. Asked to speak to the manager. She was very rude. Said she can't give out free food. Told us we would have to pay extra for their mistake. Very humiliating!!! Place is dirty. No clean tables.
Excuse me, these people want $15 an hour when it takes them 3 times to get the order taken. And I only ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce and a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese and that's all. How much intelligence does that take? Grow up, get a clue and then you can make $15 an hour, but not in McDonalds.
Was ignored and when I tried to get the Manager's attention (Phyllis) finally got told oh I have your order and then continued to fill other orders for 5mins while my order sat on the counter behind where you place orders. Horrible place
Food missing was cold in bag as we revived from door dash. McDonald’s dis won’t replace. Lousy place to order food from ,,,, beware they deliberately don’t put all food in bags when you order GO To A DIFFERENT McDONALDS
