Terrible customer service. Rude workers. Partially done food. Very skimpy on cheese on the cheese pizza.
Ordered delivery, food got to me and I was missing a pizza and the other pizza I did get was so undercooked i couldn't even eat it. I called and they said they would replace them both but I would have to drive out there to come get them. Drove out to the store and stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. What I'm assuming is the manager came out said he had to do a money drop before he could get to me. He pulled $20 out of the drawer and calmly said "well looks like somebody is taking money out the drawer again" Not to mention they have a dirty nasty GAS CAN on the counter for their tip jar. Get home to eat new pizzas and both of the new ones are severely undercooked again!
How sad! I ordered some food for the family to eat on because it's Friday night and I'm sick in bed. Little Caesars got my entire wrong and didn't even give half the things that where ordered. The GM's resolve was to jump in my car and run to the store and she would remake my order. I paid good money to have it delivered the first time for a reason. She sat in silence when I stated that fact then said well she could not give a refund or anything over the phone that if I could get there before midnight she would remake. What a joke! She also had slurred speech, maybe from exhaustion maybe not. What a awful expierence. I spent 50.+ Dollars on a Italian cheese bread and and a Italian cheese bread with pep and a super dry order of crazy bread. No dipping sauce after I even purchased extra cup of sauce! Please do better
My pizza was made wrong twice and I ended up leaving with a pizza that was the complete opposite of what I ordered (I ordered a cheese calzony online but left with a pepperoni Batman calzony). AFTER I got the second pizza, the young lady told me the regular calzony isn't available anymore.3 stars though 'cause it was kinda fire after I picked off the pork!
Went there to get a pizza and it was basically a bunch of sauce.... asked for another (got attitude*, but got another) and it was half just sauce. New employees they hired do not use any customer service, and when I walked in at least 3 out of the 4 people I could see looked me dead in the face and proceed to ignore me at the front waiting to order. Rude.
Several bad experiences here. Plenty of workers there but still waited 30 min on 1 pizza. Time before that the same thing.
Pizza was ready when I walked in and super hot. It was well enjoyed! Made really well! Nice place for a quick pickup on pizza, crazy bread, Italian seasoned cheese bread and many choices of pizza and drinks for great prices
Waited for 45 minutes for our pizzas but so worth the wait. The best pizza I've ever had from Little Caesars. I will definitely go back and wait for an hour if need be
Christmas Eve and they’re super busy. Running a bit behind but that’s t be expected. Everyone’s ding a great job communicating and the young lady who seems to be in charge is doing a fantastic job jumping around to help out.
I just realized why I don't come to this location. 1) the workers were arguing in the back. 2) I was told I could add on to my order and was told it would only take 10 minutes. 20 minutes later they just put my order in the oven.
