Gave us the wrong order of chix and gave us that fake chix. All our food was super dry and tasted like it had been sitting all day long ? never going back to this or any kfc again

I live close by this store and have yet to be able to order without a 20 minute wait!! You would think a business that only does one thing would be able to get it right! Sadly, this one falls short. Save yourself alot of aggrevation and go elswhere for your chicken fix.
I’m amazed that this store gets more than 1 star!! Three times I’ve visited here and three times my order is way wrong… I understand busy, however; it doesn’t matter the time of day these poor folks do not know their chicken cuts!! On no level does a leg resemble a wing. Then I verify the pieces with the cashier who then verified with the order packet And still gets it wrong. Voting with my feet never again

love KFC problem is two things twice I've been there in past 2 weeks never have my crispy chicken number two prices jumped way uo
