Just went to this location on 3/22 at 6pm. I was placing my order in the drive thru. The young lady taking my order had an extremely bad attitude, over talked me and became short. I literally had to ask her if I had said something wrong or did something to her to deserve such treatment. Needless to say she was not apologetic at all. I left and went to the location on Cleveland. 180 degree difference in customer service.
Went through drive thru. Lady was rude. Forgot some of our food. Fries were rubbery
Ordered $25 dollars worth of food. I checked the bag in the parking lot and was missing food. When I went back through the drive thru I was accused of lying and trying to steal food from them. I had to fight to get my food and then they only gave me half of what was missing! Highly recommend against this location, especially if Chelaeh is working.
Went through the drive threw, an was treated very well, great chicken!!
KFC has some great chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and those hot biscuits. Make sure to ask for the honey butter for them. All of their food is good. Can't beat the price for the meals plus you don't have to cook ?

Ordered extra crispy chicken. Got home and it was original. That was on the 23.99 family meal. Sides was good.
I am not speaking on all employees of KFC, but i most definitely am speaking on the one who answered the phone on October 28th, Thurs at 10:45pm. You are a very unthoughtful and obviously not motivated to do extra work that wouldn’t have bothered you one bit, except take 2 1/2 minutes of your lifetime. Karma is real. Never will return to that KFC location and suggest you go the extra mile to find another one.
The food was trash the service was nice tho I'm joking the place was nice and loved it
