Ordered a DOUBLE meat roast beef sub that came with absolutely NO MEAT ON IT. That’s all I have to say about that… Offered to send a new one & it took an hour to receive. I had to call the Store back to inquire where my food was because I thought they forgot to re-make it. The person who answered the phone was extremely rude when I asked where my order was and stated “Yeah we don’t keep track of the delivery driver, he will get it there when it gets there” so I requested to speak to the Manager and he said the exact same thing. No apology or understanding that my lunch break was now over and I had to wait an hour after my lunch for my food. This location needs better management and staff or shut it down. Horrible first experience, from the reviews it seems like it’s the normal here sadly!
Food is really good & made quickly. Hot guy at the register kept making eye contact with me so I got anxiety almost even got embarrassed to be ordering a sandwich. Dumb shi like that lmaoEdit/response to owner. -not a bad experience. Nothing to be sorry about, just some hot employees (fire emoji) & some anxiety on my part
Was in today, and just want to make my opinions clear. The new limited time sub is the worst sub I have ever had. It was absolutely horrid. I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog.

I used to give y'all 5 stars for excellent customer service and tasty food.The last several times my sandwich has been wrong. No answer when I call.I ordered the (10)HUNTERS CLUB Not the (2)BIG JOHN.And I said extra mayo but you're joking right ? My sandwich was covered inside and outside 8n in mayo.I spend about⁴ $30-50 each time We order.Y'all are ticking me off.
I just came from Jimmy John's. It was our first time going and will be out last. I ask about several subs and received no help except I did get some rolled eyes from the little girl taking my order. The guy who made the subs offered little assistance and the one standing behind them offered absolutely none except their browsing on their phone. I received my subs threw up on counter no bag no thank you nothing. Do something with your help. Teach them the value of customer service.
Sandwich was good. But when I made a request of how I wanted it she just irritated and was not the kindest on the register either!
2 girls were in the back and not in sight upon entering. The girl with pigtails threw my “light onions” on the sandwich then the girl at register saw I noticed and said “we’re tired it’s been a long day”. Girl making my sandwich didn’t even speak. Then I got to the end of my sandwich, bit into it to find hair wrapped around meat! Returned fo refund (used debit card) and they needed receipt with a number on it to process refund. Well the girl at register never gave me a receipt. I don’t want store credit because I don’t return to unsanitary places with DNA in my food. That’s gross and upset my stomach. I left a voicemail for the store manager and left my name and number. Now to get my refund, according to the male employee, I’ll have to return to get my refund when the store manager is in. So not only unsanitary but I have to come back across town for their mistake! Wasting gas.
We usually liked going here but no longer. The last three times my husband wanted ham added to the turkey sandwich only to come home and it wasn't there. Plus both our sandwiches were somewhat tough and neither one of us finished them.
Almost $9 for a Ceasars wrap. Never seen a smaller wrap anywhere.
